A scam of a a company.
The same as what everyone is saying below: you can call, you can email, you can reach out on Instagram, X, LinkedIn: THIS IS A SCAM! They will charge you and you will never get your items. You will return your items and never get your money back. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Go to an actual store instead. They are the worst, and I wouldn’t wish this experience and loss of money on my worst enemy.

Due to poor fit, I returned a dress 3 days after receiving, The return shows as having been delivered March 15th. It is now March 29th and I have yet to receive a refund or any response to multiple emails and phone calls. DO NOT PURCHASE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Marchesa customer service is a fake scam. The phone numbers and emails are all robotic. No real person there to help customer. I return 3 of my dresses over $1000 . I sent multiple emails. No real update or input from Marchesa. I called, then, got voice reply saying the phone number is invalid. I will give two more days, then, I will call my credit card company to handle my $1000 lose

The customer service is terrible and they are dishonest. I returned a dress shortly after receiving it and they provided a return label. They received the items three weeks ago and promised a refund in 10 days, but I have yet to receive it. Despite multiple calls and emails, I have not heard back from them. I have proof of delivery with a tracking number. This company is a scam.

This company is a scam. They do not accept returns and there is no way to get in touch with anyone at the company. Don't order from them and then assume you can return. You will be eating the cost of the item, I can guarantee you that. I got a return slip (after resorting to reaching out to someone on Linkedin!) and returned the dress, but have never received a refund and have heard nothing from them. I have confirmation that the dress was received. DO NOT GET YOUR BRIDESMAID DRESSES HERE. THIS IS YOUR WARNING.

Do not buy anything from them if you live outside of the USA. They do not honor their returns and do not respond to Emails / Phone calls. Terrible customer service!!! Their dresses are also poor quality materials and very overpriced.
Sounds like a scam
I returned the purchased items as they didn’t fit me the same day I received them. They arrived and being received by marchesa 2 weeks ago. No refund was issued. No response to my emails. They just ignore them. No phone number of the customer service on the website. I found couple of numbers on google but they have a voice mail box full. Is it strange that the well known brand name company doesn’t have a customer service phone number? Sounds like a scam. I would recommend to stay away from them

I've been scammed by this misleading luxury brand.
I purchased 3 gowns from marchesa.com and checked their return policy in advance as I'd be purchasing the items internationally. They assured me in writing and as stated on their website that they accept international returns as long as the postage is covered by the customer.
I sent the returned items in line with Marchesa's instructions and when it arrived in the US, DHL advised that the package was held up because Marchesa had engaged an external security provider to screen their items. This security provider, in addition to US customs needed information from Marchesa before they could release the package. Marchesa never responded to DHL, US customs, their own security broker or myself despite multiple attempts to follow-up.
No one picks up the number despite nearly 10 call attempts and 5 voicemails I've left them. I sent emails to 5 different email addresses, and no one has gotten back to me to explain what's happened or provide a resolution.
I have now lost AUD 5000 through no fault of my own, and the package is stuck in limbo. I have no other way to describe this other than it's clearly a scam by Marchesa to mislead international customers and then to ghost us afterwards.
Please please stay away from purchasing from them. The dresses were also of significantly poor quality for a brand claiming to be 'luxury'.
You will never see your money or items again if you purchase from this brand, and there is nothing you can do because you'd be ghosted terribly afterwards.
