The package was’nt done well
The package was’nt done well. The pcs weren’t fixed properly so they collapsed and some liquids went out from the bottles. The carton was damaged and dirty.
This is the first time it happens with your order.

Amount of packaging is a disgrace
The amount of packaging used to ship 3 bottles of product is shameful for a company that makes products that should be good for the planet. All the good that they do is being undone by the packaging and excess plastic and size of box being used. Furthermore the bottles used to be 500ml and now reduced to 300ml.

We understand that our packaging methods may not appear as sustainable, but there is a reason behind it!
We aim to package our products upright and as securely fixed as possible to prevent any damage during the shipping process. This is why our items are packed with a significant amount of packaging material, ensuring they do not shift inside the box.
Previously, our packing team only had access to wide boxes. However, narrow, tall boxes are soon to be available, which are better suited for our products. We hope to transition to these boxes as soon as possible, significantly reducing the amount of packaging material needed.

Got to be the worst company I have ever…
Got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with . I put in a big expensive order around a month ago . To this day I have never received a single item . There has been a plethora of excuses from DPD mysteriously returning the goods. Then a second time mysteriously losing them. And now being told they will not resend them. Someone called Jaldert is hugely unhelpful abrupt and unpleasant . The whole experience is a stone walling and massively time consuming and guess what - you end up with not a not in your hands . Do not buy from them if you want a trouble free life
