You would have gotten 5 stars but they were poorly package so 2 of 6 leaked out so instead of 6 it’s 5 whole soap packages and of course DHL is probably involved in the package not been handling correctly when shipped to Sweden

Selling stuff that the don’t sell
Ik had speciale houders besteld voor de shampoo en conditioner, samen met de speciale flessen van het merk voor onze B&B. Drie maanden later kreeg ik te horen dat de flessen niet meer werden verkocht en dat er glazen flessen zouden komen. Na een jaar lang mailen kreeg ik helaas te horen dat er niets aan te doen was. Ik vroeg of ik ze kon retourneren, maar dat was niet mogelijk. Erg teleurstellend. Ik ben ermee gestopt in al onze B&B’s.
I had ordered special holders for the shampoo and conditioner, along with the brand’s special bottles for our B&B. Three months later, I was informed that the bottles were no longer being sold and that glass bottles would be introduced instead. After a year of emailing back and forth, I was told, unfortunately, there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could return them, but they said no. Very disappointing. I have now stopped using them in all our B&Bs.

Client support is bad, borderline troll
I have received an incomplete order and now I am back and forward with the client support because of it. When I received the incomplete order I've reported it right away and stated what item was missing and what was the order number. As first response they asked me to fill a form, which they didn't include in the email. I then replied asking for the form. Now I have received a second email asking for photos instead (no reference what so ever to the required form). Now I'm just wondering what kind of answer I will get...

Very bad packaging
Very bad packaging. Soap had leaked in the box. Strange that they didn’t secure soft plastic bags. If i can find these products in a local shop, i won’t order online again.
