Prompt & Accurate Service
The ordered article arrived within the time zone allocated by the vendors. It was 'as advertised' in both appearance and quality which is sometimes difficult to ascertain on the internet. It was also in good order and condition and relatively simple to assemble.
The actual item ordered was an office chair - which I am sitting in as I type this and it is very comfortable as well as quite elegant.
My wife and I have ordered several items from Retro Europe and I would not hesitate in using their services again.

The delivery is very fast and all items arrived at the same time, i received contact details of the delivery company and iwas able to get a time when then would be in my area.

Very pleased with our purchase. As usual the service was excellent and faultless. This is the second time we have made an order form them originally purchasing 2 large Art Lamps for our entrance hall.
This time we went on to purchase the Eiffel Dining Table, Retro Office Chairs, Steer Bar Stools and Spiers Sofa and Armchair.
One of the chairs was missing the tool for assembly but when we highlighted this to Retro Europe their response was prompt, professional and extremely helpful and they sent out via express postage to us.
We recommend to other people who are looking for unique furniture.

Completely satisfied by the craftsmanship and service
I have been looking at purchasing furniture from Retro Europe for a while and made the order just before Christmas when they were running a free delivery offer. The ordering process was excellent due to a wonderful person on the other end of the phone Ana I think. When it came to delivery I couldn't be home but the delivery team liaised with my neighbor and when I eventually did get back the furniture was in and literally blew my mind, it is so beautifully made and so much better in real life. I really can't stop looking at it, I am currently looking at getting more pieces. I can't recommend them any more highly.

Good website but terrible experience with the transportation company
While the experience with RetroEurope has been positive (item easy to order, clear invoicing system, rapid responses to customers' queries, customer support easy to reach), they have selected a transportation company in Belgium which is highly unreliable.
Here are the details of my experience:
- item ordered on January 5 on the website, with an announced delivery within 10 working days - so far so good;
- after 10 working days, no news from the transportation company. I reached out to RetroEurope to find out when the item would be delivered;
- RetroEurope rapidly provided me with the contact details of the transportation company. However when I called the company they could not track my parcel in their system;
- I informed RetroEurope, who then directly contacted the transportation company. The parcel was found and the transportation company unilaterally decided that they would ship it on the same day in the morning (I happen to have a full-time job and cannot make myself available on such short notice). Also, this is not in line with what is indicated on the website, i.e. that the delivery will be arranged at a time that it mutually convenient for the customer and the transportation company.
- RetroEurope contacted the transportation company to instruct them to get in touch with me to arrange for this mutually convenient time. Today (25/01/2016) they stil have not done so, and my parcel, ordered on 05/01/2016, has still not been delivered.

Great site for unique furniture
I absolutely love dealing with Ana. The stools ordered was exactly as described. They are beautiful and elegant with lovely modern shape made from plastic. I love this set. It was quickly sent by Retro and was delivered in a short period of time by DPD. Thanks Ana, I got exactly what I wanted.
