A scam company

The dress I ordered was very poor quality and they wanted me to return to China and pay for postage which was in excess of 12 pounds !!! Please do not order from them .I will put it down to a very bad experience.

Poor quality not London company

The jumpers ordered came in about 10 days via International shipping not from London.Good Email updates tried to cover the fact they were shipping not from London but from China.
The quality is poor and nothing like the website photographs.
Emailed for a return address, which was immediately answered to say you have to pay postage to Central Asia, gave me an address in China which to be honest looks suspect.
Not convinced I would get a refund so decided to keep the jumpers and garden in them. Learning from my mistake!!
Do not touch this company as they mislead with their website advertising. Cheap products at expensive prices
Yet another company masquerading as high quality London fashion.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

SCAM _DO NOT PURCHASE
Absolutely do not buy from this company in China. I saw a beautiful dress advertise on my instagram and ordered a couple of other bits. The dress was not included in the delivery and the other items were dreadful and nothing like the images online. I have complained and yet I am expected to send back to CHINA. It costs more to return that the items. They have said they will not refund or assist so please do not believe what is written below.

Awful experience

Awful experience, dress took a long time to come. Terrible cheap fabric, on requesting to return advised to return to china at own expense. Frustrating as website is a co.uk site and based in London supposedly…..avoid at all costs.

This company is shocking

This company is shocking, they buy their goods in from China so might as well buy from SHEIN quality is same but extortionate price for poor quality. I have an address to return but don’t trust it so no idea what to do next maybe contact my bank!
I wouldn’t give it 1 star if it was possible to give it less.

Avoid.

Item arrived and wasn't nice quality. I contacted them by email as per their return policy and after an initial quick response asking for a photo of the product I have heard nothing. I assume their positive reviews are not legitimate. Clearly their refusal to advise of their returns address is one way of making money on their poor quality tat.

Terrible company

As per some of these other reviews, avoid this company. The dresses are really poor quality and i am trying (and currently failing) to get a returns address out of them. They have now resorted to ignoring my emails. I will be going after them via my bank soon as they are refusing to give me the details I need to get a refund.

Poor poor poor poor!!!

UPDATE: I put a dispute through with my bank and got the full amount back. It’s definitely worth doing this if you’ve also experienced poor service and products from this company/these people.

From the very beginning, I had a bad feeling about my order. I ordered two dresses, which took so long to arrive, I contacted the company. They were pretty quick at replying and sorting this out, telling me my dresses had got lost so they were sending out two more. I asked for a tracking code, which they were unable to give. However, my old tracking code worked and I was able to see my parcel was actually on the move. They arrived today and the quality is very poor. They are not what they advertise. I’m just glad I didn’t pay loads for them because I wont be wearing them, especially not to the weddings I wanted them for. I would buy with caution!!! I’m not entirely sure all these reviews are genuine.

Awful company, returns to China

Awful company, the dress is cheap and horrid and they are failing to provide returns information insisting on photos to be sent and having to chase multiple time.
Update- the returns information has now been provided which is in China and needs to be posted and tracked at my own expense. Shocking. This is made to look like a UK site.

I wouldn’t bother! Very poor quality.

The dress I ordered is nothing like the picture. The colours are different, it looks very cheap and the fabric is very synthetic. The sizing is poor - comes up small. It’s come from China and the Trustpilot reviews on their website are FAKE. Avoid!!
