The shipment was late by a day - next day was requested and paid for.

DHL UK was the carrier that failed to process in it time for the connection to go to the delivery depot

Marble did jump on the late /non delivery when asked but there was no proactive notification to advice late early in the day

We can blame dhl but have found they live up to their reputation of Delayed Held and Lost! Marble should consider a more reliable carrier and also one that doesn’t drop it on your doorstep and leave.

As usual customer service picks up the issues here for another poor operational decision

Great product, great value and the staff know their stuff. Whilst we looked on line actually visiting them made the difference. Have recommended them already

We had a great choice of tiles to choose from, wall and floor were needed. We picked Split Face Ledge Tile for the walls, and a Pebble on sheet tiles, for the floor. Marble Mosaics sent as a few other colour stone, within the same type of these two tiles, which really did help, and free of charge.
I order 3 samples, but had 8 samples, and from these, we have got it down to 2 Split face Ledge Wall tiles, and 2 pebble floor tiles, I know the two I want, but being a family decision, not everyone is going for my 2 selected, but sure we will get it sorted very soon, to place order

Absolutely stunning basin. Customer service was amazing throughout with lots of option of the basin that would work best for my space. The basin worked seamlessly with the tap and trap I purchased too, and just to mention such a super quick delivery. I would highly recommend these

We have had a mixed experience and left somewhat disappointed. We are not local and drove a long way to see the Indian Sandstone in the showroom but there was very limited samples on display and the coping and steps only had 1 of each on display and these looked grey rather than Indian sandstone colours. We asked to see a crate of the steps and coping but was told this was not possible and was told we would just have to order but was reassured the steps and coping would be varied colours like Indian sandstone. Unfortunately, with everything installed now the coping and steps are very grey. To be honest they don’t look like Indian sandstone at all. The paving is lovely and just what we wanted but I can’t help but feel disappointed with the end result after spending thousands of pounds. The guys were nice to deal with and sorted an issue with some broken slabs very quickly.

We were very pleased to find a local stockist of porcelain tiles and we found Ian and his staff very helpful and knowledgeable both over the phone and in person.

Unfortunately our job was delayed and despite having already arranged delivery of two pallets, the team at Marble Mosaics were extremely helpful in rearranging the delivery date. We were very grateful.

They have a large selection of stock and we found them to be good value for money too. All in all, great customer service. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered some split face tiles from this company and really happy with the quality of the tiles and the service. Unfortunately some tiles were damaged in transit but marble mosaics offered a full replacement straight away, no quibbling at all. Customer service was absolutely superb.
Will absolutely use again for future orders.
