I’ve ordered from this company twice—once as a closing gift for my buyers and once for myself—and both experiences were disappointing.
The first order included a framed map. For $109, the print quality and frame were underwhelming and did not justify the price.
The second order was an unframed print for my own use. It took longer to arrive and came crimped, which will likely affect how it looks once framed.
The concept is great, but the execution and quality control are lacking. I expected much better for the price. Will not be ordering again!

Love the Map!! What an awesome housewarming gift! The quality of the map is beautiful. The customer service is awesome and quick to respond to any questions. I have bought from them in the past and will absolutely buy from them again. So happy with my maps and can't wait to give them at Christmas!

I placed my EXPEDITED order on May 14th. Emailed the company and asked if it would be delivered by June 1st. I was told yes. It's now may 28th and the shipping info still states "on its way" and no one from the company will respond to me .

The company was very helpful in showing me a draft and taking my suggestions. However, when I received my framed item I found the quality to be very low for the high price and it was placed upside down (hangers on wrong side) and not secured in the frame. While they were responsive and it came in a timely manner, I was disappointed in the end result.

Fantastic experience ordering from this company. I ordered a map with rush service and the digital download as an anniversary gift for my parents. They got it shipped out right away, but USPS never scanned it so I was worried, and started wondering if the company was legit etc. etc. They were extremely patient and professional with all my questioning, and literally three days after I ordered it, it arrived at the destination in time for the occasion. The map is absolutely beautiful and the recipients treasure it. Highly recommended!
