I’ve only recently conducted business with a purchase of a bolt action rifle. I had made a mistake with the online order, I’d forgotten to ask for delivery since I live 6+ hours drive away. I called the following day and they took care of my little blunder with no issues.
I have a concern after reading an experience a previous customer had. Their review was not written in any good light. I honestly cannot imagine how the alleged incident happened or even if it’s factual and not just an upset customer. It just caused me to think… maybe that’s my problem ☺️

I’m very excited to receive my new firearm, the cheaper ammunition is a plus, but, the fact that BCL is a Canadian company was a major factor. MRA had the exact firearm I wanted I placed my order and I’m very happy.

Purchased a firearm June/22 online made a follow up phone call with sales representative immediately following. Reassured me transfer went through and they we would be forwarding reference # asap. 5 months of unresponsive emails and call backs on status of order. Anytime i spoke to a sales rep they had an excuse to blame the CFO and tell me they couldnt help and only Brett Harvey was able to deal with my order. I contacted the CFO and they tell me there was no reason to stop a transfer. Finally get a hold of Brett Oct/22 and he finally admits the reasoning there was no response is he sold the firearm in store after I had already purchased it. Held onto $900 for 5 months only miss the entire window before the handgun freeze took place. The absolute worst customer experience I have ever dealt with was lied to right from the start and completely ignored when trying to get answers. Avoid this terrible business if you value your money and time.

Ordered a rifle on a presale, paid full amount on Jan 25/2023 was told they would be in week after week and they even tried to blame it on the gun manufacturer for the delay. I phone the gun manufacturer they said there was no issue ! When I brought this up he offered a refund but still to receive it going on 3 weeks later. Put it through Mastercard fraud dept and its March 2 2023. Be very weary of the owner Ryan Joyner, just sayin !

Got exactly what I was looking for. I will most certainly be coming back in the future.

Just like every purchase I've made with MRA/VRS, my order was processed and shipped immediately. I've never had an issue with this company and will continue to prioritize my purchases with with them. My only "wish" is that Purolator would become a shipping option with them, as UPS does not deliver dangerous goods to my address.
