The parcel was sent pretty much immediately once you ordered. Once it leaves us it is with the couriers. When you rang yesterday you tracked it up yourself and saw that it said this is on for delivery, and that's how it was left. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but please contact us so that we can get to the bottom of it. An enquiry has been put through with the courier company.

Prompt delivery but some hassle to collect
The order process was very easy. However, it was somewhat of a hassle to have to pickup my order from a 'PopShop' as I was not at home when the delivery arrived. There should be an option to select 'Leave at front door' if the receiver is happy to do this.
