Don’t waste your money
This is no way a meet a greet premium service as it is advertised. Having done meet and greet at Manchester, Heathrow and others this is beyond poor. Drop off you pull up, wait around lots of people in yellow high viz doing nothing…. Not even full season or peak time …. Eventually somebody comes to take your keys. The biggest joke on return you are told to collect your luggage and then ring them….. they then tell you that your vehicle will be 25- 30 minutes!!! So go wait in the dark…. Again lots of people standing around and 30 minute wait. Don’t waste your money far quicker to get the shuttle to one of the other car parks quicker and half price!!!!!

Our meet and greet process is designed to provide customers with a convenient airport parking solution, however during busy operational periods there can occasionally be waiting times both on departure and return. Vehicles are dispatched back to the terminal area once customers have collected their luggage and contacted us, which is why return times can vary depending on traffic and operational demand at the airport.
That said, we take feedback regarding service standards very seriously and would like the opportunity to investigate your experience fully, particularly the concerns raised regarding waiting times and staff presence.

Easy drop off and return.
Drop off was really simple and they had our car for 6 weeks. On return, a call from the luggage area meant our car was on its way to us immediately. We waited in the car park for about 5 minutes for the car to be brought to us. Staff on the desk were polite and attentive. Would/will use again in the future as the whole experience was very positive.

5* - Would highly recommend
I usually book direct with Heathrow for meet & greet but it was fully booked. Whilst travelling to the airport I went online as i didnt want to pay the crazy prices and maple came up.
I called up, and was able to book a slot even though i was only 30 minutes away.
I arrived, the handover was smooth and easy, the cost was cheaper than i usually pay and then the return, my car was ready and waiting.
Highly recommend and would use again.

Excellent directions to avoid ULEZ area. Plenty of free spaces to park car in drop off zone and car easy to find, less than a minutes walk from office, on return. Excellent.
