Went above and beyond to find me the car l wanted and can't thank conrad enough

I HATE BUYING A NEW CAR. I think I would rather have teeth pulled than go through all those hoops blah blah blah.
Phew what a relief. PAINLESS EASY AND A GREAT DEAL TO BOOT. Conrad made it so pleasant easy and ensured I got exactly what I wanted and a good deal on the trade in. Plus I have the confidence of a great warranty and excellent after sales service. Fuel a great price as well. Even provided a darkened room for me to recover. I know where I will be looking for my next deal. NO BRAINER. LOOK AND SHOP WITH TOTAL CONFIDENCE HERE. BRILLIANT 👏

Bought a newer car from Maple and collected it February 2025.
Conrad was excellent as usual in obtaining this car for me and ensuring it was in great condition before I collected it.
He went through all the control functions etc and made sure I was satisfied before I drove away.
Sales and Customer service at Maple are always top notch.

We decided to have a change of car. We looked at several garages in and around the area but decided for value, service and honesty Maple Garage would be our preferred supplier.
We had them look at our current car, A SsangYong Rexton on a 67 plate. We looked at another Rexton and we were both immediately taken with the improvements and the digital upgrades. This latest Rexton took some learning about but Harvey and Conrad were both patient teachers.
The SsangYong has been rebadged and is now called a KGM, I personally feel that is a good thing because of a difficulty in pronunciation with its former name.
From first enquiring about a change of car to taking delivery the team were excellent.
This is my 3rd Rexton and this latest one has finally weaned me off the Daihatsu Four Trak which I dearly loved.
Would I recommend Maple Garage, yes, I truly would. Forward thinking enough to cope with technological developments but old fashioned enough to care.

I recently bought an MG4 ex demo from Maple. The entire purchase was done online which I was a bit nervous about, but went very smoothly from first enquiry to delivery of the car to me in Scotland.
Harvey, the salesperson, was very responsive to all my questions and continued to keep in touch after delivery.

Have been using Maple Garage for a few years now since finding them due to a Subaru recall and have used them for servicing ever since even though they are no longer a Subaru dealer, brilliant customer service and a great workshop so well woth the 45 mile trip each way to deal with them

I bought an MG3 in 2014,had the car for over 8 years, with only a couple of faults but all taken care of by Maple garage straight away they also arranged a curtesy car without any prior warning. All servicing and mot’s done by them. Totally happy with the service. Professional and courteous. Would recommend anyone to buy their MG from Maple Garage Sproatley.

Beware! Be ready for a large price for them to look at your car and get an estimate.
Our daughter took her car in to check the brakes.
She needed 4 new rotors and brakes and a battery. They quoted over $2400. She then called pep boys to see if that price was in the ball park. She decided to save $600 and take it to pep boys. When she picked up her car from maple they charged her $214 for looking at it. I could understand $100 but they went to far with the $214. We have spent a lot there for both our cars and her car.
They have lost our business and our daughters business.

These are great guys to deal with. Straightforward, open and honest. I would deal with them again. Thank you for everything.

Whilst travelling home from work down a country lane, I got a puncture and pulled over. Tried to change wheel and my wheel brace snapped. Having RAC cover tried to ring them and battery went flat on phone. Stuck on a country lane as it was now pitch black and couldn't see anything apart from a garage light in the distance. Left with no choice, had to drive car with a flat very slow and made it to garage and explained my problem and othered to pay if they could sort. They were closing for the day but said they would help. They couldn't do enough to help and refused any payment. Would recommend for there honesty and help.
