Product was pictured (probably with ai) to appear to be the size of a chair seat, which would be a reasonable expectation for a seat cushion. The product that arrived was half the size and not really useful. Initially, the seller responded requesting pictures of the items in original packaging. After I sent pictures, they have since stopped responding and now their website appears to be offline.
This company is a RIP OFF!!!!!! I ordered and paid for the seat cushion and cover only to receive a "sample size" of 7" x 8". That is NOT a chair size cushion!!! I insist on a FULL refund. I've already spoken to my brother who is an attorney. SHAME on this so-called company.
