This company tried very hard to obtain a manual for me, for a deposit safe. Unfortunately, they were not able to so so. However they explained politely as to why not: probably because the manufacturers of the safe did not produce a digital version of the manual or an instruction book. I accepted their explanation and requested a full refund - this was achieved with polite, well-written letter, in 48 hours.
