Very disappointed in the necklace I ordered..the pendant is so small and you can't read the inspirational message written on it.

Orded the necklace ‘unbreakable’ for my birthday. It took about three weeks before I recieved my necklace in The Netherlands and I had to pay customs import costs. But I am very happy with the necklace: nice design, comes in a nice box with velvet pouch.

As per various other reviews same thing happened to me. Stuck at customs. Massive fee. Decided to cancel and return product for refund and I had to reclaim via my bank in the end. Terrible customer services with hidden extra fees

Very disappointed! This is my second order and definitely the last one! I have purchased again as previous time I didn't have these problems and I love the mantra ideas. But what they promote doesn't meet their service at all! I have sent an email regarding my order and the fact it has not moved for a long time after paying my custom fees. Shockingly the person who responded didn't even bother to read my email and responded to me that orders my be held sometimes by customs. On top of that the tracking details are also showing that my payment was received. So to respond this way is not only an extremely bad service but very disrespectful not to mention the fact that I was sent a link to check the duty fees which doesn't even work!And you people are promoting empowerment?And you can't even show respect to your customer and the money they have given you by trusting you!

I wait over a year for my order. After a lot of mails and many patience, now they told me 30 days are over and they can’t refund.
That is NOT acceptable.

3 months and still waiting. For a co. that is promoting positivity, I could not feel less positive. A month ago I received notification the bracelet was being packaged. How long does it take to put something in an envelope??

Today the postman came with my package (long after it was supposed to arrive) and I had to pay an additional 74 Euro (even had to pay customs on the “free” stuff)! Oh, yes, I’m sure somewhere in the fine print it says I will be responsible for additional customs charges. I have lived in Germany for over 20 years and the amount of times I've had to pay for customs cost added after the purchase I can count on one hand… and all from China. I checked and checked to make sure the business wasn’t in China. Didn’t matter. They hid it pretty well. I will never buy from these people or China again. Nothing but problems. Every single time.
