First Class back up service
We purchased a cnc router from this company about a year ago now. The primary reason we chose them was after a visit to their headquarters. They had a continuous development program for improving on what was already a useful product, and we wanted a machine which wasn't a stock item and they were happy to tailor it to our needs.
Since then I have called the company for advice on several matters and have been satisfied with their responses.
This isn't just a company review. A company wouldnt be successful without a great set of staff so I need to make special mention of two individuals in particular as they were both keen to help. They are Tom from the tech side and Paul from support. Without their help we would have suffered serious down time (caused by poor operation on our behalf). We ordered a small part in the afternoon and it was sent hours later.
This is the sort of service that you get when you purchase a machine from these guys. Outstanding.
