Steer clear

Ordered 2 bracelets. Emails to company produce poor results especially when I gave them the tracking numbers and said it got me no results so they responded by providing the same tracking numbers that produced no results. Only 1 item received which looked good , but the shipping confusion is too much of a headache.

Total scam, save your money

Do not buy anything from them. I've been waiting almost a month and still haven't received the bracelet I ordered. They said it was shipped but the postal service has not received it. Sent notes through their site, Facebook, and Instagram. 0 responses. I've alerted Facebook and Instagram that this is a scam.

WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !

Sadly, like so many other reviewers on here I also appear to have been scammed. Placed my order on 16th March. Chased after 3 weeks to be told by Vivian Koskinen not to worry as the order has been shipped. To date, still no delivery, have ignored all my chasing emails. I even had to download After Ship App to track my parcel which initially said was in transit. However latest update is that has now been returned to sender !!
More ignored emails.
Can't believe I never checked Trustpilot before shelling out. Unbelievably this company is still advertising on social media so how do they get away with this type of sting ?

POOR, POOR, POOR.

After 3 weeks neither myself or Mans Manor have any clue where my goods are or when they will be delivered.
Emails take about 24 hrs to be to be answered if you get an answer at all.
All responses are vague and evasive.
I will NOT use this awful company again. I only hope the goods themselves are better than the company which sold it.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANUTHING FROM THIS…

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order almost a month ago and have received no updates. I have Sen them an email and have inquired and finally got a response saying there was an error with my order and that as an act of goodwill, that they would ship my order via express courier. The tracking number was false. No updates. Emailed them again asking for a refund but they have continuously ignored me. Total scam.

my experience with mansmanor

I placed an order on July 1,2019. Like many of you, I tried to link to the tracking information with no luck. This had me concerned. I am very careful about my online ordering and I dropped the ball on this order. After I placed the order and could not get any tracking information, I went online to read reviews. My worst fears had suddenly been brought to light. The reviews were not good at all. I sent an email immediately asking for real updates. I did receive a reply within a few days. I responded asking for a screenshot of the tracking that they claim they have seen. To my surprise, I received my order on July 18, 2019. I did the right thing and let them know that I have received my order. So...my experience has been fantastic. The quality and look of my bracelet is exactly as I expected.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Look at all the reviews and comments and you will read how people do not receive their product and then cannot get the company to respond to them.

Today marks the end of the seventh week I have been waiting for my order. After waiting over a month for the item to arrive, I sent the company an email asking for a status update, since the “tracking information” (that’s a joke in and of itself) showed the order was processed in Guangzhou, China on January 6, 2019 and there was no further information. After a week with no reply from Man’s Manor I sent a second email asking for assistance. Still no reply.

While their marketing department continues to bombard me with advertisements and send requests for me to provide a review of their product they still can’t seem to respond to my requests for help. Yesterday, I sent them a Facebook Messenger post stating my dissatisfaction and received an automated response asking what was wrong. Upon giving them my explanation of the issue, I have received no response.

There are a lot of good internet companies that provide great products and positive customer service, but Man’s Manor is not one of them! Adhere to the old adage “Buyer Beware” and avoid this company at all cost!!!

Awful Experience

I ordered a bracelet almost 2 months ago and have nothing so far. I’ve emailed numerous times but have yet to get a single response. This place is definitely a scam .... staying away with a 10 foot pole isn’t far enough
