The staff were so helpful throughout the whole process. I only needed replacement panels to my existing door rather than a complete new door. Two other companies told me it wasn’t possible, but Mansfield Garage Doors bothered to source them and saved me at least £2500. The team that serviced the mechanism and fitted the new panels did a great job. I can’t recommend the company highly enough.

Firstly there is a showroom which many companies do not have. This was important to us and hugely helpful in choosing the style of our new garage door. The gentleman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us narrow down our search.

Secondly the survey/quote, again so much knowledge and help as we discussed different options for our needs. Then additional info such as colour matching to our front door .

Fitting- The fitters were punctual and very friendly. Again could clearly see they were experienced and did a fantastic job.

All communication, whether via phone, in person or via email has been fantastic!

Came out to fix a spring on my automatic garage door as it broke at the end of the working day. The lady who took my call was absolutely amazing she tried everything in her power to help me, as my car was stuck in the garage. The Technicians where finishing for the day and they still came to help/ repair the door and boy did the do a good job. I can’t fault them they were there when I needed them . Fantastic customer support 10 put of 10 . I’ll keep using there service for years to come .

The workmen arrived promptly, introduced themselves and asked if I had had any specific problems with the door. Then they proceeded to service the electrics in the door and the batteries/effectiveness of all the fobs. The door was then give a really good clean before they left. 😊

Mansfield Garage Door Company supplied me with a quote for my none standard door, it was very competitively priced. They helped me with all of the different doors they had on display. Their surveyor came out and taken all the information he needed to complete the order. Door was ordered and came sooner than expected, their fitters removed our old roller door and replaced with the new section one. Overall they as a team did a fantastic service and job. Well done to all.

We visited the company a few weeks ago and they had lots of garage doors to choose from. The lady in the shop was very knowledgeable and was able to guide us ( after listening to our needs) to the range most suitable for us. We have just had our double up and over electric door fitted. The two guys who came worked consistently well and did a great job fitting the door. They took the old one away for us ( over forty years old ) they also came and repaired it whilst we were waiting the six weeks for the new door to be made and delivered. The two guys were excellent in every way teaching us how to use the door and they made sure it was sparkling clean before they left. They left us with nothing to get rid of. It’s for sure a solid family firm employing first rate employees and we totally understand why the company has stood the test of time due to first rate services from start to finish. When we need new exterior doors for the house we will be giving them a call. Mr and Mrs Haywood
