The company took my money

The company took my money, then chose to cancel my order with absolutely no explanation, disgusting customer service and terrible communication, I will not purchase from this company again.

Broken new brushcutter. ManoMano never said anything about it

I bought a Greencut brushcutter from ManoMano. After about 5 short missions, during which it worked well, it started going out after a few minutes. Even after it was then restarted, it went off again without any obvios reason like e.g. fuel empty.

Then I turned to ManoMano support, described the case and asked for help. I was told by the support agent to make a video showing the problem.

After I made a video, I emailed it to the support agent. After a while she got in touch and wrote that she had not received the video. Since I thought that the video might have been too big for e-mail transfer, I sent it again, this time via wetransfer.com

After I hadn't heard from the support for some weeks again, I sent her another email, this time with a link to youtube, where I had uploaded the video.

I haven't heard from ManoMano anything except of automated mails that asked to rate the ManoMano Service experience. My emails went unanswered. I can prove the email traffic and the fact that I sent the video to ManoMano three times.

I never would have thought that ManoMano would be so unscrupulous and just ignored me and the video.

Only half my order arrived

Ordered radiator for the bathroom along with valves. Valves went missing in transit but were delivered the next day. Slight inconvenience but the support team managed to track and get to the bottom of the problem

The worst customer service

The worst customer service!
We bought trampolines for our studio but they were too high and we wanted to return them. The return page doesn't work and no reply per email.

Sending them back is not an option because it costs more than the buying price!

Anthracite radiators

I ordered two trailer loading ramps which arrived promptly on 4 December 1921, delivered by Hermes (so they say). Unfortunately the driver did not ring the doorbell but left the parcel on the drive in front of my car. The parcel was very heavy and had been dropped. It was also very wet and had been dropped. One of the ramps is fine but the other is damaged and is useless. Unfortunately it looked OK when I unpacked it and I disposed of the wet cardboard packaging in the recycling bin, now collected. I have photos to support my complaint but no idea how to attach them to this message. I might try getting in touch with VISA to see if they can help.

Company ok ish but delivery AWFUL

The company seem ok but they use Yodel for delivery. It’s an absolute lottery as to whether your item will turn up. Mine didn’t. They messed me around for days. Tracking doesn’t work, endless calls. I will avoid in future. Hold music creepy af too.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Dreadful company! They use fake tracking codes , pretend they will deliver in two days , claim items have been delivered when they haven't been sent . Took weeks and countless emails to get a refund . Everyone should AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Lousy service, never again

I ordered a topper that would be delivered on 26/10. Nothing. After a view days I emailed the delivery service, The man refused to mail in english sysing we are in Spain and we do not speak english.
I compñained at MANOMANO. I had to prove by emails that I gave the right adress to the transpot service. MANOMAO felt not responsible for her delivery service. 2 weeks later I still havent my topper. Next time I go to Amazone. They also make mistakes but they try to solve the problem for the client instead of trying the customer to save the problem MANOMANO makes.

Terrible service

Terrible service, their search engine gave me a different size washer, as the one I was looking for. I didn't pay attention to the invoice and I have lost the money plus shipping. Worse thing is they really don't care at all, and keep refering me to the third party.

Edit: I have already spoken to you customer care, and they didn't care.

Amazing customer service!

I ordered some items from two different merchants on the ManoMano Online website. However, the next day, I realised they would not be suitable for my project.

I telephoned the Customer Service Department and spoke to a lovely polite person called Tony. I explained my mistake and asked if I could cancel my order and receive a refund.

He told me he would contact the merchants with my request, and email me their response. Tony included me in all his emails to the merchants to keep me in the loop.

Three days later, I had received notification of my refunds.

What excellent and exceptional customer service!

I would never recommened these or SUNNY…

I would never recommend these or SUNNY SHOWERS to anyone, the customer service is terrible, i ordered a shower screen wasnt suitable so i had to pay to return it and i cant seem to get a refund as there isnt enough evidence (even with photos of delivery, screenshots of payments etc) absolutely terrible. Do not use them!!

bedside lamps, not a pair rubbish website

I ordered a pair of pink bedside lamps.... I got a pink one and an orange one! I followed instructions for return/replacement and the web site wouldn’t let me sign into this section of the website. V poor service. Would not recommend!

Still unable to message customer services via web site… have given contact details to Mano Mano as requested but heard nothing! Except loads of marketing emails!! Shoddy! 😡

No delivery no contact

Same as previous reviewer, I ordered an expensive item but the delivery window has passed with no delivery so I will be trying to get a refund from PayPal. There’s no way to contact the company that I could find.

Item still not arrived

I give one star as I still haven't received my order it said expected delivery 21st to 28th of October and it still hasn't arrived and when you pay so much for delivery I fully expect it to arrive when they say its going to arrive, I can't find an email address or phone number to contact them directly so if it hasn't arrived in the next day or 2 I will be requesting a refund from PayPal!

Had Great customer service!

Had Great customer service!
I had lots of delivery issues which was not manomanos fault but more the local delivery companies but manomano helped really quickly each time and it felt personal that my issue was important. One that didn't arrive was refunded immediately no questions asked.
