I’m a Swedish customer. God price on a game I couldn’t find anywhere else.

My parcel got lost due to DHL. However Manohobis did everything they could to find the parcel and the parcel was eventually found after about a week.

The parcel was well packed to reduce any risk of damaging the game. However the service alone was splendid and deserves a 5- star.

While being sceptic at first (ordering from Denmark), then I can happily say I've changed to like Manohobis, while the delivery is on the slower side, their prices and service is top notch.

Only place where I could find a temporary sold out game without markup. P&P was the same as it would have been within Germany. Arrived within a week and was packed safely.

Excellent customer service, they set the bar really high for the others.

Was looking for a harder to get title and Manohobis was the only place I could find it. Knowing that the package would have to traverse 4 countries to get to me, I knew that it involved a certain risk and would also take time. I received the package today, having a few minor dents in the outer box, but the boardgame inside was in prime condition, packed in so it wouldn't rattle around.

The one downside was the wait, since Manohobis wouldn't be sending it immediately, but instead collecting to send at a set date. The reason I don't reduce the rating because of this however is because they were completely up front about this.
