To be honest, you’ll never find a better TF2 or CS2 marketplace. Built for players who value fair prices, fast trades, and a clean, reliable experience, this is where trading actually feels right.

Used to work, now all my purchases go on a hold

I've always had great success using their service but recently my purchases started going on a hold and it took well over 24 hours for the staff to review it. I understand that yall need to double check a 4k usd purchase but this same thing has happened on a whopping 40 usd purchase. Why? I've done bigger purchases with no issues in the past, I have been a customer for over 7 years at this point and I can't remember any holds on my purchases.

Some trades are very time critical you know. I can no longer trust mannco.store when it comes to buying items reliably and, most important, QUICKLY.

Poor support

Ordered 200 key and the order never appeared on my account. It has been over 35 hours with no response from the payment processor and support only says "wait." Extremely frustrating experience. Very poor communication and no clear ETA on whether I will receive the items.

straight up didn't get the items

CONTEXT
I used to buy tf2 items from here a lot, nothing expensive but a fairly large quantity. Never had any problems until a few days ago when I've started playing cs2 again and thought I would treat myself to a few cheap skins.

MAIN STORY BELOW
Once the order was place all but one (the most expensive skin I ordered) was sent by trade. It has now come up on a week since I first opened a support ticket, and 3 days since I last got acknowledgement that they were trying to fix it. From the looks of things I will not be getting my skin I PAID for. Do not buy anything REMOTELY expensive from them and expect some items to not be given to you.

SUPPORT
Throughout the week I only spoke to one support person (they sign off each message), Everyday I would message just saying something like:
"Hi sorry to bug, but could I get an update? thank you!"
and every time they slowly got more and more passive aggressive until the final time I spoke to them where I was redirected to the 'development team' and No-one has ever responded since.

Not even a sorry saying no refunds.

They are selling items they don't have.

They are selling items they don't have.

I bought CS items and some of them arrived. However, I didn't receive any trade offers for 4 different items. I'm buying the items from Mannco, but the items are coming from a different site. Some of them aren't arriving.
Be careful!!!

the site sells banned items

Warning to users!!!
I make buy-orders for 48 TODtickets through auto-redemption.
And one morning I wake up and see that my order had been fulfilled.
But in my inventory, I discovered that 11 TODtickets were available for withdrawal after 3 years. It turned out that these tickets were on a bot banned by Steam. Tech support naturally blamed me and has been silent for two weeks. I withdrew all my items from 2 my accounts and am forgetting about this resource forever. I recommend it to everyone. There are plenty of similar trading platforms in the world.

Good all around, but still has some flaws, and stuff that could be improved on for life of quality features.

It is really easy to use mannco.store, like features such as suggested prices, (steam price, suggested, price match, instant sell). There are also the bonuses of free inventory space, and your own personal store, with your own customizable link. Most of the time these links don't work for me, may just be because the person has changed them.
There are of course flaws to Mannco.store, such as heavily relying on steam to do alot of stuff, such as access inventory, deposit, even log in. I also have not been able to deposit, as it keeps saying my inventory failed to load, which is very annoying because I am trying not to add funds via credit card or etc, because theres fees on there. (although little i may say, but they still exist.)

They deleted my item

Had an item listed for sale. They deleted it.

After leaving an unusual TF2 hat listed for sale they delisted the sale after a while, no bother. The part that's bad is after they delisted it I decided to leave the hat in my site inventory to relist at some point in the future. I forgot about it for a while and logged back into the site to find they had PERMANENTLY deleted it.

They had sent me messages on the site to inform me of this, but as I hadn't logged in for a while I hadn't seen them.

For a company that regularly deals in such items I would've imagined they would be able to deal with such situations better. They had my email address and my Steam account and a message to either of them would've been more than enough to actually get in touch with me rather than messaging me ONLY a site that there was no guarantee I would check.

This complaint only applies to people planning to sell on the site but it is deeply disappointing that the only avenue they would try to contact me through would be their own website, especially when other means are available.

Website is fine for buyers, would never recommend to people planning to sell, just sell it yourself.

0/10 won't be back.
