Excellent service, and outstanding advice. Rav made the process of combining my very old engagement ring with another diamond band to make one ring. He gave me some great ideas, and he then went on to make the most beautifully crafted ring for me. He also completely transformed my father's very old ring (I didn't know it was a real & beautiful sapphire until he polished it), and made it into an elegant and stunning ring that I can wear. If I had not known, this ring would have been left unworn. Thank you so much!

They are so professional here, the guy cleans my wedding band and eternity ring better than Dubai where I originally got it from. He has a very welcoming smile(bless him).

I went in after going into a couple of other shops in the jewellery quarter. I was greeted well. The jeweller looked at the repair I needed doing (diamond engagement ring,24 years old and the cluster damaged so diamond had fallen out) and I felt he was open and honest with me. The price quoted considerably cheaper than a jeweller I’d been in earlier (who gave me a price with a take it or go attitude so I left)
Picked up my ring today. Really pleased with it. It looks like a new ring and had all been cleaned and repaired properly. I’d say this shop old school, look through a proper magnifying lense at the jewelry type shop with repairs on site. Felt trustworthy and well done. Visited from Stafford, worth the trip. I’d definitely recommend! Thank you!

Fantastic workmanship and customer care. I trusted Ravi at Manna Jewellers with 2 very special inherited gold watches - one from the 1930s and the other from the 1950s - which stopped working and have remained unused for several years. Two special, beautiful items that belonged to my mum and aunt respectively. I trusted Ravi to refurbish them - with parts ordered from Switzerland, no less - and to restore them back to life. The end result is nothing short than astonishing. What impressed me is the attention to detail throughout the process and the time taken Ravi took to test the repairs. Both watches are now gleaming and working properly and I shall enjoy using them as they are meant to be! Both my mum and aunt would have been very pleased. I am very grateful to Ravi and his team at Manna Jewellers.

The team at Manna Jewellers provided a 5* experience from start to finish. Ravi brought my vision to life by putting a new shank on my grandmothers engagement ring (which was old and worn) but keeping the stone/setting exactly as it was. It feels so special to be able to wear my grandmother’s ring which feels both new & old. Ravi also created a custom wedding band to fit with my engagement ring. I couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Excellent communication throughout and I felt really reassured leaving this sentimental ring in safe hands! We had a really quick turn around between engagement and wedding, but we were so pleased that Ravi was able to get both rings ready in time for our special day despite the race against time. Thank you so much for all your hard work, commitment and attention to detail- would definitely return to Manna Jewellers for any future needs and would recommend to others. We travelled from Wales and it was worth the mileage!

I wanted to have a swallow on a chain made to remember my grandfather. We had a swallow brooch that belonged to my great grandmother as inspiration. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted- the swallow needed to fly rather than just hang.

I visited several shops in the jewellery quarter before getting to Manna- everyone could make me a swallow and the prices varied massively- I wasn’t convinced.
When I described what I wanted to Ravi at Manna he just seemed to get it. He was interested in my ‘why’ and what I wanted the jewellery to represent. We talked at length about how I wanted the piece to look and feel- the shop was busy but he really took the time to understand.

They have created the most beautiful swallow which is a smaller version of the brooch and was made using traditional methods rather than a scan and print job. I live in Essex so they sent pictures to make sure I was happy and the various options for hanging it.

I’m so happy with the finished result, it really is exactly as I had imagined and feels so special.

Have used the company several times before, for repairs and purchases. This time round was for claddagh, engagement and eternity ring repairs. Innovative solutions and wonderful craftsmanship provided. More than happy, would recommend.

Ravi and the team always say their jewellery sells itself, and it does. No pressure just a conversation about what's wanted. In this case,for my parents 65th wedding anniversary, a pendent set with green sapphires. These they sourced specially, and designed with mums ideas it was created to perfection.. brilliantly . It took weeks but it was so worth it. Mum and dad are pleased and she's wearing it all the time, such a fab way to celebrate 🥳 their lifetime together ❤️ thank you to all the team.

Over the last few months have had some jewellery alterations & repairs done at Manna Jewellers located in The Jewellery Quarter Hockley. Ravi did an absolutely amazing job on all 4 pieces with his wealth of knowledge and expertise passed down to him by his family. Our items were all very sentimental to Mum & myself - we had complete trust in Ravi and he was very understanding about my visual impairment, describing his techniques in detail. He did an outstanding job bringing all pieces back to life for many years to come, so thank you Ravi you are a shining star from 2 very happy customers.

I decided to use a family heirloom for my engagement ring and took it to Manna for a replacement shank, from yellow gold to platinum. Absolutely delighted with the care and attention to detail, I was kept up to date with the progress and was impressed with the final result, really beautiful. Would not hesitate to highly recommend . I will be returning for wedding rings.

Took my wife's18 carot gold engagement ring with was 47 years old and had a diamond missing and going a bit thin raj explained what he was going to do at a reasonable price when we collected it it was like brand new so much so raj polished her wedding ring to match f.o.c don't let the shop put you off because behind that door is a real craftsman
