I received my order and what was missing was the wall charger,it didnt even come in a box like seen on TV. It came in a bag. Please make this right for my cruise or refund my money back.

is that everything is printed in Chinese I think and so there are no mixing recommendations nor aplication instructions. I don't like being on my own to figure this out. Plain instructions need to be packaged with this.
