My ordered arrived in bubble wrap, not the box as shown in the photos. I received the wrong colour and one of the pots was much smaller than the other two…? I’ve since read the other reviews and I’m scared to use the polish as it’s been described as superglue. Facebook ads sucked me in, sounds like I’ve wasted my money.

So disappointed in this product. Not only did it chip within the first 2 days, it absolutely ruined my nails. Only used it once so still have 2 powders un-opened.
Waste of money, and such a shame that the hype is not as it’s made out to be.
Back to the nail salon I go……

I’m so disappointed by how it arrives, literally in bubble wrap! Why advertise it in a box set! Really not impressed at all! So cheap and not worth what it cost based on how it’s packaged alone!

Manicista is a great product, easy to apply and looks great when done. The company is really helpful should you need to contact them. I recently slammed my thumb in my car door, and the manicure on my thumb stayed on! It was scuffed but it didn't chip at all! Great quality product

Disappointed ordered thinking it came in nice box as advertised but no came wrapped in bubble wrap so now can't give as Christmas gift

So the base and top coat have the same ingredients as superglue. No wonder why it’s impossible to remove. Plus it stings my eyes while applying. Unfortunately they don’t do refunds

Seen a lot of sceptical reviews here but I have to say that I find these products extremely easy to use, very affordable and the manicures are extremely durable and last weeks. So these products are exactly what the advertising says they are!

If I could give zero I would, hardly any product in base cost and top coat, colours nothing like what I ordered, rubbish quality and impossible to get off, do not waste your money

The manicures I have done with my Manicista kits all looked gorgeous and the more often I try, the longer they last. Will definitely order again soon!

As stated in other reviews this arrives in bubble wrap- not bothered about that. Delivery was quick etc.. but that is down to the delivery company not the brand!

The colours are *nothing* like how they appear on the website; they’re completely different shades and shimmery which I hate. (I’m 42 not twelve). For reference I ordered navy, true red, dark red and nude pink….not one was accurate.
I normally do my own gel manicures at home so am pretty good at this type of thing. This stuff is awful- messy, looks horrible once applied, needs several coats to get decent opacity (of the awful shimmery shades). Once finished looked really bad, and was insanely hard to remove.
Have put it all in the bin and will go back to normal polish and occasional gels if I want something to last 10 days.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order with high hopes, but it quickly turned into a nightmare.First and foremost, the delivery was far from punctual. I waited well beyond the promised delivery date, which was already a red flag. After multiple attempts to reach out for an update, I was met with vague responses and no real answers. It felt like my concerns were falling on deaf ears.To add insult to injury, when it finally became clear that my order was lost or never shipped, I initiated a refund. What I received back was a joke—barely half of what I had originally paid. The lack of transparency and accountability here is astonishing. It’s like they don’t care about their customers at all.Customer service was a disaster. Every interaction felt dismissive, and it was clear that my dissatisfaction was not a priority for them. They didn’t take responsibility for the mix-up and seemed more focused on getting rid of me than resolving the issue.Overall, my experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I can't recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for reliable service and support, look elsewhere. Save your time and money; this place is simply not worth it.

Hello, I ordered from Manicista a week ago, received my order yesterday. I was surprised that they don't include a box with their kits, I then checked on their website and then saw that I would've needed to pay extra for the box.. Tried the products yesterday and they are really good, my nails look strong and beautiful! But a box would be nice!

I had to wait 8 days for my order to be delivered, that needs to be quicker in 2024. Other than that their products are great value for money!

I love Dipping Powder, it is so quick and easy to use! I never thought it would work so well, but ended up trying regardless and it really does!

Since I discovered Manicista, my manicures look like salon quality, only much much cheaper!! The products are very easy to use and beautiful colours, although I hope they add more colours soon!

The products are superb but I’m taking off one star because one star because one of my two orders had a colour missing, I’m currently waiting for a reply from them!

I’ve always wanted to do my nails at home and save some money. So when I saw Manicista I knew this was it and I had to give it a try!

Two weeks after initial order, paid for fast delivery and still waiting. Massively regret not using Sassy instead
