One of the best and simplest tools for whiteboard animation. I recently came across Mango Animate's Whiteboard Animation Maker. The tool is straightforward to get started with and has plenty of features even in the free tier. They provide you a good asset library to begin with but the best part is you can import your own photos, fonts and voice over. Highly recommended.

Fantastic product and wonderful customer service. Be aware that each time you click "generate video" it counts toward your allotted minutes so buy more minutes than you think you need at least the first month until you get the hang of things.
