Horrible service.. whoever is the director of the support department needs to be sacked
I ordered a dress on 20th November and was expecting delivery on 27th November, but it never arrived. No tracking number was provided, so I contacted the support team and spoke to someone named Salome, who told me a replacement would be sent and delivered the following week. The replacement never arrived either.
When I contacted support again, they finally provided a GLS tracking number, but the status showed “waiting for address details.” Support then informed me the replacement had been returned to them and that I would be refunded.
Shortly after, I received another email saying that my original dress was actually delivered on 27th November. The proof of delivery they sent is not my address or any of my neighbours’. I asked why this wasn’t mentioned earlier and received no response.
Today, I’ve been told that my replacement dress was supposedly delivered on 8th December, but the proof of delivery is the exact same as the one they claimed for 27th November. I’ve asked to speak to a manager but nothing has been arranged. I’ve asked them to contact Royal Mail to confirm where the parcel was delivered, but there has been no response.
At this point, I just want my refund, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs
