Mangias Brucoli resort in Sicilly

Stayed at Brucoli resort in Sicilly - really not up to standards and NOT a 5 star property. Very poor management. Housekeeping forgot our room one day, only 1 towel per person at the pool, some pool chairs they charge extra money for, their boat rental company tries to cheat the guests, the lunch options are not good and a lot of rules and principles that do not focus on guest comfort but more on a trying to be a fine 5 star but they are definitely not. Not value for money at all. Breakfast is one big chaos. But - the location is really nice.
