I had a completely different experience to the customer below.
I live in Cardiff and was looking to do Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance. I have friends who work in property, one of which recommended me Mike from MandM. From the start of the process he was transparent, outlining the different stages to follow. These included initial purchase of the property, cost of refurbishment, and finally how much I can expect to gain in rent.
I have since recommended Mike to other friends looking to purchase a property in South Wales.

Will sell you the world promise you the world!

Received an email about possibly doing a Rent to SA. I had looked into this market and new it was worth while with the right property.

Spoke to Mike who told me about this property in Wales which was done toa high standard and had in the past pulled in great revenue. I thought this was too good to be true so ask to speak to the management company. I was turned down not allowed to speak to them until I signed a contract.

I specifically asked a few questions:

My initial questions are to do with the current occupancy. How long are the agreements currently in place for? If they have more than a month, has the full amount for the time period been paid?

HIS Reply "Yes the apartments have been operating at full occupancy."

After signing and viewing the schedule only December had been fully booked!!!! Lie 1

Can you guarantee that the property is currently occupied.

His Reply "Yes, all apartments are occupied" Lie number 2.

When looking at the booking only 2 out of 3 apartments were occupied during the conversation.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
