Horrendous

Horrendous
Took £256 out my account and
Refused to rectify until another staff member decided to help although instead of helping she took a further £256
£512 unauthorised payments that I had to wait 4 days to return. My trip to London ruined due to incompetent. 20 % refund offered towards what was a year of planning….. Embarrassed to have to lend money for food and transport to train station ……no sight seeing or

Excellent

Excellent, friendly staff. Stayed a couple of times, only had one issue which when reported they dealt with immediately and professionally.
Will be back soon.
