We have never had to use this company before and didn't really know much about what was needed. Louise was excellent at explaining the process and provided all the information necessary. The engineer that turned up to carry out the WSE was very polite and helpful. The process was clearly explained in terms of what would happen next with documentation etc. Overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

The engineer who attended our facility was friendly and carried out the servicing work he had been called to look at in a prompt and undisruptive fashion.

You would be hard pushed to find a better company to perform your regulatory inspection and testing of pressure system and equipment. In 5 years haven't had a bad experience, they give you loads of notice an inspection is due so it can be booked in at a time that is convenient and fits in with the business needs. If any action is required its clearly documented and you are also verbally informed by the technician, the report is quickly updated when you send evidence the issue has been actioned keeping records update easy. Wish we could find more companies like this for other services.

The engineer arrived as agreed and carried out the work in a timely and professional manner.
The whole process was seamless from booking of the appointment and for the work to be carried out.

Richard, the engineer on this job, was highly competent; he checked all the insulation and depressurisation procedures before starting work. The system components were inspected, tested and brought back into service without incident.

On the plus side a good, polite and professional engineer did good work for us here. It was performed quickly and has ensured that we are compliant with the regulations, which is what we wanted.

However a few niggles with poor communication between their team and minor errors in the report - these were sorted out quickly though.

Does not seem to be significantly cheaper than our previous provider and recommends replacing parts rather than testing them for us and giving them another year.

So overall a mixed bag so an "average" review from me of 3/5.

I had a very positive experience with Mandate Systems Ltd while arranging our WSOE (Written Scheme of Examination) certification.The booking process was very easy and the communication regarding date and time was seamless.They are also very accommodating and will work alongside your business needs, which is especially helpful if you are running production during the week and need to minimise disruption.The engineers were friendly, professional and very clear about what needed to be done. One of the biggest advantages is that your certification becomes available almost straight away through their online website service, which is very convenient if you need quick access to the documentation.
I would highly recommend using them. 👍
