A great bike at a great price, and the service was fantastic. They took a lot of care, made sure that everything was perfect, and even moved the bike between stores to make it easier to collect. My wife is very happy indeed, and I know where I'll be going when I need a new bike myself.

A special shout out to Sean at the Norwich store who was very pleasant to deal with and assisted me to get the bike I wanted. Great service! I always like to support local stores rather than online. It's nice to go in and actually see what you could be buying. Well done Mandarin!

The reason I rate 2 is down to website ordering experience. Bought and paid for 2 items that said they were instock, only to have refund given later as items were not in stock. That was disappointing. Also, the facility to have items sent to nearest store didn't work either. However what I can say is the staff at Lowestoft branch are brilliant, polite, professional and happy to help. Website needs improving to support the good work the staff are doing.

These guys having been nothing short of brilliant. I had some really specific items that I needed for a tourer and they sourced them for me at a competitive price. Also all the repair work they've done for me has been top quality.

I went to buy a bike from Aylsham rd shop today 07/08/2023. I have been to the shop three times over the past week to get advice as I was not sure what was the best bike for me to ride, I finally made my mind up today with great help from the shop assistant, I think his name is Shawn, I could not have asked for better service I never felt rushed and I am very pleased with my purchase. I purchased a Ladies Pioneer Raleigh 2022 bicycle worth £399. The gentlemen that work there are fantastic. I have ummed and ahhhed over my bike and they helped me make a good choice and even gave me a discount taken down to £359.99. I also came here last year after suffering a bicycle accident and they fixed my bike within a few hours, bless them! Amazing customer service, my little local bicycle heaven!

Electric bike Service , Booking bike in was easy , arrived at 9 am was told bike would be ready in 2 hours . Received call to say bike ready 90 minutes later . Picked up bike runs like a dream now .
