Perfect for our lawn. Had cable version before did not work at all

Mammotion keeps on updating their software at regular basis and improving the performance on a regular basis. They listen well to the wishes and problems of their customers.

Very difficult to program the Borders and area. Not possible to change/alter a border afterwards. The whole area has to be programmed again.
Not possible to define small "no go areas" such as trees or bushes.
This is not the easy digitalisation as promised

Good device. Easy to setup. Works perfect. 1 day delivery. And Chat Support contact was also very quick. Very satisfying experience with Mammotion.

My Luba 2 AWD is best tool I have in the house, and I really have many cool tools. Lawn is better that ever, I have much more free time. It works even when I’m not at home. Even my doge love it. Clean it regulary and keep the lawn free of unexpected obatales and stones, and Luba will take care for the rest. I had almost no issues in 2 seasons of moving.

Very happy with my Mammotion Yuka 1000 robot lawnmower so far, it have actually exceeded my expectations - workmanship, materials quality, app, performance. I was hesitant when ordering a lawnmower with 3 wheels (one in the front) as my plot on ca 1000 m2 has many uneven parts, potholes, and moss, so I prepared mentally to go around filling all the potholes with ground to level them up - so far the robot does the good job and has not stuck anywhere, the front wheel is really wide. It moves some 180 m2 on one charge on a rather complicated plot with a lot of no-go zones and narrow paths. Happy with my purchase and can definitely recommend Mammotion to anyone looking for a robot lawn mower.

Good product combined with great support

The robot works great and cut my Saturday in half since I can dedicate my time on other stuff. So far I didn't have any issues with it and I really nice it.

There is a learning curve, but I appreciate the online chat customer service.

The product is, simply put, just great!

We've given it very hard times in order to "see how it manages hard conditions" and we were expecting it to fail in majority of the mowing process. To our surprise, LUBA 2 made the job without any major problems. The grass was wet, right after rains, and it was not mowed prior to our tests - so it was overgrown. Very overgrown.

We've also mapped the garden in a way that the robot has to go under spruce and pine branches. Surprisingly it only got stuck once, and we did not have to move the robot to resume its work. After simply issuing the 'Continue' command, LUBA 2 did so without any physical interference from our side.

The tech support, in my opinion, is simply amazing. We decided to reach out to them about how the robot behaves in certain conditions. I was blown away how professionally my inquiry was handled. Hats off!

If you're looking for a robot that does the job in hard conditions and you don't like the idea of a hustle with creating a mowing perimeter with wires, look no further! Easy to assemble, easy to setup, easy to map the terrain (you can choose automatic mapping instead of manual one) - and you are good to forget about manually mowing your lawn, like ever.

My LUBA 2 AWD 5000 has been incredible! It has given me roughly 5 hours of time back every week.

It cuts the straightest lines I have ever seen and navigates a yard with mild to moderate incline with ease. It is incredibly user-friendly from the software to the hardware. One set of blades has cut very well all summer. Maintenance is minimal.

I highly recommend this product in this organization to many people. You will enjoy it!

I recently purchased 2 Yuka mini 800,

The set-up was easy, straightforward and took very little time. Once set-up, there are a great deal of different options how to schedule the mowing and how you want the mower to behave. It cuts the grass effectively and is doing a great job. The neighbours are already praising the results and would like to know more about the machines.

Since they are very independent, I can go away on holiday and do not have to worry about the lawn once I get back.

I had a minor issue once installing one of the mowers where it had difficulties connecting to the RTK antenna, but the support quickly helped through the app, despite it was early on a sturday morning.

We are very satisfied with our Yuka 1000. Setup went smoothly! The device is very, very quiet! The RTK station is located right next to the robot, close to a hedge and house wall, and yet it works perfectly. BT, Wi-Fi, and 4G work without issues. There are a wide range of configuration options. We would definitely recommend this robot and have already done so. mammotion's support is also very fast and always helpful!

Great customer support, i have 2 units running daily. Had small issues sometimes but the customer support is great and gives results on all issues raised. Would recommend these devices to anyone that wants a device that delivers more than you expected.

I recently hade an issue with a broken wheel on my Luba 2. The support was very friendly and supportive and was able to send out a spare part to solve the problem.

We have had the Yuka mini for 3 months now and it has been ridden with problems.
Dont ever buy one.

Several problems:
Most annoying is the fact that it almost daily end up in the charger where it charges to 100% and then it simply stays there. It is in the middle of a task but when you go to the app to see what's wrong all you will se us that the robot waits for your input. It wants the user to tell it whether it should continue its current task or cancel it. If you do not answer this question it wil sit the to the end of time.

Even after countless chats and log uploading I Mammotion has not provided a solution or even a reason for this completely crazy behavior.

Next problems.
After recent software updates it now takes forever to .ove our lawn. I suspect is has to do with the robot constantly thinking small level differences and bumps in the lawn are larger obstacles. It constantly tells that these small bumps have teigged some tilt sensor and there it stops. It will start again but then it seems to believe that it needs tonwork around these non existent obstacles and that takes a lot of time consuming maneuvers.

A thing that also is after recent software updates is that it often end up without any battery left somewhere on the grass. Nothing seems to be in its way, but it never got back to the charger.

If you then carry it it will start charging, which is good.
But onve charged you run into that first problem that it will not continue working before you tell it to continue or cancel the current task.

And dont get me started on the app which is very complex and confusing to navigate even for me being a professional C++ software developer

The service was fantastic, when i needed my machine repaired.

I found the unit easy to assemble and setup. It has been working for me for just over year with no issues. Great product and I would recommend it to anyone.
