Precise delivery,with a little surprise gift. It has been a little late but it was Christmas time!

As an italian living abroad (Paris) I really appreciate the wide catalogue and low prices.
Items are boxed in the most professional and safest way possible, and customer service is very reactive.
My order arrived complete and on time.

Right prices, kindness and fast delivery are the base of MammaPack experience. Not to mention the safe and elegant package. There are several resellers of Italian delis in UK, but since one year now I only buy at MammaPack.

First order from MammaPack: 27Kg of long lasting food (pasta, oil, tomato sauce, coffee, etc.) delivered to Budapest in 1 week and everything arrived in good condition (there were also some glass bottles, packed into additional protection layer). I am very satisfied!

Amazing experience, first the price of the products are cheap , parcel came in perfect condition, everything was wrapped individually!! The customer service was very efficient and friendly, I am happy to have found MammaPack so I can have a bit of home away from home!!!

I purchased for the first time a couple of Christmas boxes and some other products. The website is user-friendly and the products were well-packed and arrived rapidly just before Christmas! The customer service is outstanding - they communicate quickly and kindly both by email and WA. Many thanks Anastasia and MammaPack!

Worst customer service ever.
I had an issue with the shipment of bottles of wine which were seized by custom and Mammapack did not help at all in there. But not happy with that, they completely disregarded the fact that I was not delivered a box with other items that were not seized, just not delivered. And they stopped answering my emails. They talk about transparency but there is none here and I still remain with paid items I did not received.

Beware of these scammers. I ordered from them, they shipped in two packages, one has been delivered and signed for, for the other the tracking indicates that the package was damaged in transit. They continue to insist that there was only one package and it was delivered and I paid for a half-received order.
I am happy to provide the order number and tracking, in case you decide to refund me the part of the order that I haven’t received I may also consider removing this review

Attenzione a questi fraudolenti. Ho ordinato da loro, spediscono in due pacchi, uno viene consegnato e firmato, per l’altro la tracciatura indica che il pacco è stato danneggiato in transito. Loro continuano ad insistere che il pacco era uno solo ed è stato consegnato e io ho pagato per un ordine ricevuto a metà.
Sono ben lieta di fornire il numero ordine e tracciature, nel caso mi rimborsiate la parte di ordine non ricevuto posso anche pensare di rimuovere questa recensione

01) We had an issue with our order. We never received part of it for a value of almost 160euro. I am trying to be in touch with them (almost 2 weeks now) but we are enable to get a response or service support.

02) After this review and a lot of emails we finally got the feedback and the refound. they also sent us a present to apologize for the inconvenient that we appreciate it.

3) We changed the review as at the end they end up well and fairly but I still suggest to improve the costumer service support and make a contact number valid available.

Good service. One of the products was not in stock. Got a phonecall and I could select an other product.

I ordered a pack on 21.11.2022 but it never arrived. I did not receive any email or message to inform me that the pack would not arrive. Thankfully I found that out on the tracking app; the pack had been stopped in Dover and sent back to Italy without anyone telling me that. It took me a few days to speak with customer service because they do not respond, and booking a call back is just a waste of time. When I finally managed to speak with customer service they told me what I already knew about the pack (stopped and sent back to sender) and they gave me the chance to reorder it. I made this huge mistake. After a while, without hearing anything from them, and not receiving any information about the pack, I tried to talk with customer service again. This time it was impossible and I had to ask for a refund to PayPal. At that point, they called me (odd coincidence that they called me right after I had submitted a refund request). This time I asked them to refund me as I had had enough of this poor service; they told me that it would be fine. In the end, as a final trick from this unprofessional company, they refunded only a part of my expense, as they did not refund me for the expedition. In other words, I even paid for an expedition that I never received!
I would discourage anyone to use this service if they live in the UK, as they are clearly struggling to send packs over after Brexit.
