Exceptional Customer Service & Genuine Care for New Mums 💛

I had such a wonderful experience with MammaBump customer service 💛

After giving birth, I realised the belly band I ordered was too small. I contacted their team explaining my situation, and they were incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive during such an important postpartum time.

Not only did they offer to send me a new size completely free of charge, but they also told me I could keep the original one instead of returning it. As a new mum recovering from a C-section, that level of generosity and care meant so much to me and made the whole process completely stress-free.

Their compassion, quick response, and genuine care for mums truly stood out. It’s rare to find a brand that treats customers with so much kindness and understanding.

Great Bra runs small

The nursing bra is great but was way to small ordered a M, appears to be a quality material and can’t wait to get the proper size in replacement in a xl.

I ordered from Mamma bump and waited…

I ordered from Mamma bump and waited for 4 working days to get my order delivered (they claim 3-5 days working days delivery) - but nothing arrived so I emailed them and they responded (Mila) saying there’s been a delay with my order and they’ve escalated this to their manager (Emma) who will come back to me but no one responded after. I again sent a follow up email few days later only to hear back nothing from them. Then I messaged them on instagram a week later and someone responded saying that the good i ordered is out of stock and will prioritise shipment once its been restocked.. what on earth!!?! At this point, I was 4 weeks post partum worrying my milk supply is reducing…… What a shit company. Why take orders when the good has been out of stock!? Never knew of a company doing this. Not sure if the order ever gets delivered but I told them to cancel and refund my money which they did.. but reading all these reviews, they should be banned from doing business. Taking advantage of vulnerable women during and post pregnancy. Very cruel!!!!!

I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with MammaBump and wanted to share it. I initially ordered a postpartum belt in tan, but later realised I would prefer it in black. I reached out to their customer service team, not expecting much since my order had already shipped — but they went above and beyond.

They kindly offered to send me the black belt as a gift at no extra cost, without asking me to return the original item. I was genuinely surprised by their generosity and how quickly they resolved my concern. It made the whole process completely stress-free.

I also really appreciate their thoughtful approach and philosophy of supporting mums — encouraging customers to pass along items to other new mums is such a lovely touch.

Overall, excellent customer service and a brand that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend MammaBump to any new or expecting mum!

Postpartum Belly Band

I ordered Postpartum Belly Band, however should have gone with one size up (I recommend to go with a bigger size if not sure). I messaged the team about the exchange, and they contacted me right away. They offered sending me another one in the correct size free of charge, and also told me to keep my original purchase, which is very generous. The delivery takes a bit longer than expected, so worth of ordering the products as soon as you think you need them.

I see what others mean about this company being a scam

I see what others mean about this company being a bit of a scam - ordered 2x the c section briefs which I didn’t use in the end. Asked for a refund well within the window and despite many emails, no response. So now I’m stuck with products I have no use for.

I recently purchased this product .

I recently purchased this product and have been genuinely impressed with its overall quality . I am also grateful and very thankful for the customer service and support, the initial size I ordered for postpartum belly band was small so I contacted customer service and they they immediately offered me the new product with correct size.
Will definitely recommend mamma bump.

I ordered the MammaBump

I ordered the MammaBump
Snuggle Cloud™ | Baby Lounger with some other items and I never received this item. I have attempted to contact the customer service on numerous occasions about this and they have not responded to any emails. The items I received packaging was very damaged and mishandled and it took a significantly longer time to get the items then stated.
Ultimately I believe this product in particular is a scam.

Very slow delivery

I still haven't recieved the products and has been 10 days (7 business days). This is over the 3 - 5 business days they estimated. Royal Mail have still not even recieved the package for delivery and I have emailed the company twice with no response. Not the service that is to be expected for higher end products.

This company is a total scam!!

This company is a total scam!!! Taking advantage of mums/mums to be and not honouring their shipping/returns policies. I ordered a Bellyband for my planned c-section 2 weeks ahead and was told 1-2 business days before dispatch. 1 week passed and nothing had been dispatched. I quickly realised no one was helping me with my emails and it was always being "pushed up to management". I asked for a refund/cancel my order as it would not arrive on time and no one replied to my emails. I contacted them on social media (where they post daily) and no one helped me, and then they blocked me. Yep! A retail company blocked a paying customer who had not received her order or had been listened to on her request for immediate cancellation/refund. No retailer blocks a paying customer! This company is a scammmmmm!!!!
