I love the Mama Makes stamps.

I love the Mama Makes stamps.

Have ordered a few and they are always fantastic quality and exactly what I wanted at a very good price.
I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the delivery.
The people are really helpful with any queries too.

Top quality personalised stamps

I've placed a couple of orders for personalised stamps with Mama Makes and have been very please with my stamps.

These days we're all used to, and often expect next day and super quick delivery. If you need your stamps to be delivered very quickly then Mama Makes may not be the right fit for you. However, if you're willing to be patient (at least a couple of weeks) then I would recommend Mama Makes as the personalised stamps are top quality.

Ordered online on July 29th 2024

Ordered online on July 29th 2024 - now 5th September and nothing has arrived! Funny how they accepted nearly £55.00 yet don’t seem to any hurry to supply! Emails get no reply. Have reported to Trading Stardards to try and mitigate my financial loss. Seems that they are simply scammer! Even worse is they appear on shopping TV craft channel yet how many clients are they ripping off?!

Shockingly bad service.

I ordered an 8x8cm clear stamp on 16th June from her Etsy store.

15th July, 29 days later was the FIRST time she contacted me to announce casually ‘Im back & catching up’. Back from where? Doing what? Not getting her customers orders ready that’s for sure. So while I was checking the post box every day she was elsewhere doing… ???
At day 37 with my stamp still not in the post I had reached the end of my patience and had to open a case with Etsy for a refund.

She uses the ‘Ive got a full time job & 2 children’ excuse for every delay but does not take responsibility for her own lack of time management skills.
37 days to get a stamp ready for dispatch is a ridiculous & unprofessional way to do business, especially when there are many very capable people out there doing a better job.
I sincerely wish I had read the Etsy reviews before ordering as there are far too many that mention the words ‘wait’ & ‘delay’.
After I left this review on her Etsy store she closed the shop then cancelled my transaction which allowed her to remove this review. She closes the shop frequently, I presume for this exact reason.
Buyer beware!
