Very disappointing experience – not recommended
I had a very frustrating experience working with this company. I promoted their products in good faith through affiliate channels, but unfortunately, I did not receive the payment that was expected.
Communication has been inconsistent and unclear. Multiple attempts to follow up were either ignored or resulted in vague responses without any real resolution. This raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability.
If you are considering working with this company, especially as a partner or affiliate, I would strongly advise you to proceed with caution. Make sure all terms are clearly documented and do not rely solely on verbal or implied agreements.
Overall, this experience has been disappointing and has negatively impacted my trust in the brand.

I returned two orders to this shop, both confirmed as delivered on February 2nd.
It has now been over 3 weeks and I have received:
• no refund
• no confirmation of receipt
• no response to my email sent 2 weeks ago
I even paid 12€ for return shipping, and since then I have been completely ignored.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. At this point, it feels like they are simply avoiding refunds.
I will now proceed with a chargeback and escalate this case further.
Avoid this shop.

First of all, your refund has been processed by our customer service team approximately one hour ago.
Regarding your previous communications, your email from 14/02 was answered within 2 days, your email from 16/02 was answered the same day, and your message sent today at 10:59 was replied to within a few hours. We therefore cannot confirm a lack of response from our side.
We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, especially after covering return shipping costs, but your case has been handled within normal processing timelines.
We kindly ask you to reconsider your review so that it accurately reflects the situation. Please note that, under European regulations regarding misleading or harmful statements (notably Directive (EU) 2019/2161 on unfair commercial practices), publishing inaccurate claims that may damage a business can have legal implications.

I have ordered CBD oil 20%. I have received the order roughly in a week after placing the order. Everything looked good, nothing to complain about except the most important part - CDB is absolutely ineffective. On a website you can read it should promote restful sleep, help with fatigue and anxiety. It does not work at all. Like absolutely nothing. I would like to highlight i have had zero experience with cannabis related products in my entire life. You would do better by buying melatonin to have a restful sleep imo. Very underwhelming experience. But hey we are all different right? Probably you are one of that rare person who can magnificently feel smth out of this lol
