100% recommend! Its the Best thing!

Lydia and this course was one of the best things ive done post baby! I met some brilliant friends and managed to feel strong again after really not. Lydia is fantastic at personal training and tailoring things to benefit you whilst creating a fantastic and supportive environment to exercise and properly laugh in. It gave me so much joy just when i needed it!!

100% go for it with Lydia

I found Lydia’s pre exercise assessment amazing. She pointed out all my strengths and areas for improvement and highlighted exercises to help that I could do in my own time. I’ve had PTs before who were not as thorough. Her classes are fun so you don’t realise you are working so hard. I could not recommend more.

Fitter and Stronger!

After my second child I was quite intimidated by the idea of starting to exercise again. I felt like my fitness was at an all-time-low and I didn’t know how I would work classes around a hungry baby. Lydia’s classes have been perfect - I can bring my baby along if I need to, and the focus on strengthening and conditioning means I can go at my own pace. Even when I am absolutely exhausted after a sleepless night I drag myself along knowing that I always feel better after exercising, laughing and listening to Lydia’s banging playlists! She’s a superb teacher - warm, funny and relatable and I can see the improvement in my abilities which is so encouraging. It’s also a brilliant way to meet fellow mums.

The best personal trainer!

I cannot recommend Lydia enough. Having not done exercise for quite some time, and with the many changes in my postnatal body, I was slightly apprehensive about starting from scratch. Meeting Lydia in my initial session, however, put me completely at ease. She is warm, passionate and really knows her stuff. She has the ability to make workouts fun (really!) and is your biggest supporter. The environment she has been able to create in the small workout groups is so positive and I’ve made some lovely mama friends. Thank you Lydia!

Amazing Personal trainer

Where to begin! Working with Lydia has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'd spent years avoiding exercise and was filled with negative emotions about it. Right from the initial consultation Lydia made me feel at ease and helped me set goals while respecting my boundaries - making the whole thing so much less intimidating. Lydia will be your biggest cheerleader and push you when you need it, all while being accommodating of life's little unexpected reschedules! I always look forward to our sessions and I leave feeling powerful and strong, and ready to face the rest of the week. I cannot recommend her training highly enough!

I have not been into fitness for 10…

I have not been into fitness for 10 years but meeting Lydia has been amazing. She's a genuine person and has amazed me at how much time she has taken to get to know me and what my body needs. Her knowledge and experience comes from years of training and a passion to help others in a healthy and positive way. Each session is tailored to me and she takes into account I am a mother and my body is so different. She has built my confidence so much to realise what I am and what I can continue to achieve.

Where do I start?

Where do I start? I’ve never been a lover of exercise and hated going to the gym! However with the help of Lydia I now feel that I’m missing out if I have to cancel a session. My sessions are through Zoom as I live in Dubai and also travel a lot. Lydia adapts the sessions to wherever I am whether it’s using 1/2 bottles of vodka/gin in a hotel room in Zanzibar or tins of tomatoes at friend’s house. The sessions are fun, but at the end I always feel that I’ve had a thorough all over workout - even with a permanent elbow injury.
Thanks Lydia I wouldn’t be in the shape I am now without your continuing help and support.

Lydia is an excellent personal trainer…

Lydia is an excellent personal trainer really knowledgeable in postnatal training. Through the classes I have met some lovely people and the classes have challenged me in a good way! Lydia is able to adapt to any injuries in order to keep you safe whilst also being able to keep working out- it shows how much she cares which is just lovely

I can't recommend this enough

I can't recommend this enough. I've met some really good friends, supportive fellow mammas, was able to build my strength back after having the little one and Lydia really knows her stuff. It was also so so enjoyable, more than I thought it would be. Great way to meet other mums too.

One of the best decisions I made as a mum

After I had my kids I really struggled to find the motivation to get back into exercise - everything just felt too insurmountable and overwhelming, and I was heavier and less fit than I'd ever been. Getting back to where I was pre-kids felt impossible. But with Lydia's help I got there and then went further. She helped me rediscover my love of fitness and weightlifting in particular, and she had a great personalised understanding of my goals and motivations. She helped me stay within my limits when I needed to, and pushed me to expand them when the time was right. And we had so much fun training!
