We have waited since December and they have kept pushing back the date. The customer service is lousy at best, twice i thought it was actually happening and both times they emailed me the day before they were meant to come to rearrange.
They aren't emailing me back any more so guess theyve given up.

The owner goes by the name of Ashley Bennett but his real name is Ashley Mahony.
They take your deposit made payable to Ashley Bennett then ignore your emails and calls. The two websites are clearly there for this purpose they don’t manufacture any of the products they advertise. There is an ‘ Active proposal to strike off’ Malvern Timber Framed Buildings by Companies House HMRC.
I have today been in contact with Trading Standards about getting the websites taken down. I will be contacting Rogue Traders and Watchdog to highlight Mr.Ashley Mahony and his fraudulent business.

I ordered an 8 x 8 shed from Shrawley sheds (owned by mtfb) via ebay in August 2020. I had used mtfb before for a workshop so I didn't anticipate problems. Happily I paid a deposit of £200 rather than the full amount. All email communications from them came from mtfb director Ashley Bennet or sales@mtfb. Obviously Covid had an impact but despite requests for information I have not yet received my shed. I have now requested a refund I think 3 or 4 times which has been ignored. My only redress now is to apply to the Small Claims Court.

It’s me again I brought the she in April told 9 th June that did not turn up was then told 9 th July then on 29 th June got email to say it would not be coming and don’t no when it will do asked for money back still waiting was told she passed it to Ashley Bennett the director still nothing all I keep being to is she will give another nugg now gone to bank and they put me through to fraud and now they are looking in to them

Don’t buy from this company they take your money but do not supply the goods brought a she back in April was told it would be delivered on the 9 th June the day came no one turned up tryed to phone no one answers emailed them about 2 hours later they got back and said it was not coming that day the reason was there had been a Breamont and staff shortage she would let me no a new date about 10 days later I was told there was a couple of weeks delayed but the date was a month later the new date was the 8 th July I said if that was not going to come then I would have my money back she said no that should be fine .on the 29 th June I had an email from them saying it’s not coming then as they having trouble with suppl so she would now sort out a new date I said no just give me my money back she still has not replied they will take your money but not supply the goods they probably short staff because they got them furlon and don’t reply asking me to email u as I have been doing this and u don’t get back I have about 30 emails on my phone to u .

In December 2020 my Wife and myself decided to dump our old metal framed Gazebo and invest in a new Wooden one.

We ordered a shed in August and have still not received it! Have requested a refund but as yet not received that either. Communication is terrible- they take ages to reply to an email and don't answer the phone. Very disappointed.

Fabulous sheds, gutted to hear they are no longer trading due to the owners ill health. I wanted to purchase another for my Daughter.

This has got to be the "No1 WORST SHED COMPANY IN THE UK"
Ordered 12x8 summerhouse for £1500, quality of materials used are very poor quality for price, the two halves of the roof do not join together so now have massive gap right in the middle of roof, doors not hung correctly so do not open or shut correctly, windows very thin and flimsy quality, floor timber very rough and uneven, roof fascias put on upside down, can go on and on about the problems with this summerhouse. Phoned Anna in sales to complain about these problems and she became very abusive, shouted at me and got aggressive and then slammed the phoned down on me. No attempt has been made by this company to put the problems right under guarantee.
I have now got Trading Standards involved, spoken to my solicitor and looking at taking them to court very soon.

Ordered log cabin and delivered and build from 15th May but on 2 occasions I specifically requested for brown guttering and greyish shade of laminated floors had I not pointed out showing them what I have written instead of black with their showroom colleague who placed an order at their showroom based by "Oldfields" pet store in Ombersley. Luckily they have put it right. When completed the cabin is lovely and unaware about the doors which is no longer able to shut or locking it. They told me as its tantalizing it would be shrinked but obviously they did not wait for wood to be completed dry before erecting it together. Since 6th June have reported it to them and they have said will send their builder to rectify this and each time they mentioned a date and time they have failed to turn up and no phone call each time to apologised to give good reason why they unable to attend. Last appointed time would have been on Wednesday 4th July after work to call in but have a witness that they drove past our house they did not come to our door as they said they did for 15 mins banging our door but we have a hearing dog and did not barked at all there were 4 of us in the house. Also, neighbour said they have heard nothing. That evening I emailed them straight away to notify them of this incident. Next day my husband phoned them again and only to received an abusive bad language from a Director himself of the company and f off about our cabin and slammed the phoned down. I was appalled by his behaviour as a Director of the company to treat us in this manner considering the cost of the log cabin which needs to put it right according to their Terms and Conditions which they have failed to do so. I have tried to phone them but went straight to their voicemail and have emailed them if we could come to an agreement to sort this out but they have failed to reply. Therefore, have notified them by email again that I have no alternative but reported them to Tradings Standard UK and will be getting a complaint letter as advised by Citizen Advice Bureau/Tradings Standard and architecture advisor. Since then their website was blocked and found another website they have changed their business address and their company email address also been amended.

Shocking company they sell through garden centres and are very slow on supplying sheds, do not meet their delivery times, deliver sheds with the wrong sized roof that does not fit and then don’t hear anything from them about rectifying their mistake....6 weeks later still have an unfinished shed where I am waiting for them to deliver the right sized roof. Workmanship of sheds is poor quality.

Two years ago i wanted a new shed, I did a complete search of makes and prices etc. looking at the many variations in the materials specified and prices. Malvern Timber Buildings ticked nearly all the boxes, so I ordered an 8' x 10' shed. A base was done and the shed was erected at my home, I was very pleased with the product, the fully treated materials used. From order to final assembly totally stress free - no problems whatsoever.
Last year I ordered an 8' x 8' Summer house from them, again communication were good and no problems. Both products have now been painted using the recommended paint and i'm very pleased with them both. I have no problem in recommending this company.

Very smooth sales process. All spec confirmed by email with drawings.
Delivery arrived 07.15 - shed erected and ready to use by 08.15.

Very good pre sales service, very poor attention to detail and non existent after sales. I purchased a shed after reading very good customer reviews and due to what appeared to be good value for money. There is a facility available to design your own building and then it is priced accordingly.

On delivery, I was missing one window and one of the doors was hung the wrong way round. I was told that they would come back and rectify. The first time it rained, the water dripped in everywhere, wood shank as it had been assembled too wet and after weeks of emails and photos a new layer of felt was fitted. The fitter even said that we needed a new roof supplied as it had been so poorly manufactured, he was an employee!

It still leaks, still no window, the door is still wrong, the new shed has been wrecked by water damage and they have not even the courtesy to answer emails apart from a couple of replies saying that they are looking at it.

This shed (£1800) is now 4 months old and damaged beyond repair despite all my efforts to get what I paid for!

Without any doubt, the worst after sales I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is looking for quality or service.
