NEVER RECEIVED ORDER …
Well it's Christmas and i still have not received my order!
Placed order on Dec 10th.
It was shipped to incorrect address, no such number.
USPS marked package Return to Sender.
On Dec. 15th, the tracking info shows it arrived at the USPS facility in Vista, CA and that's it! No movement, Nothing!
Like it fell off the conveyor and no one noticed?!?!
At this point, just cancel my order please! I will simply reorder and try this again.

Happy Holidays, you placed your order on 12/10 and it was shipped 12/11 to the address you provided on the order. It was deemed undeliverable by USPS and has not been returned to us yet. I even recommended how to get a new one sent but you chose to ignore this. You provided the wrong address and expect the Federal Post office to drop everything and return your item during the holidays? We shipped the product in the time line provided and offered a solution for it to get there by Christmas. You should retract this review and take responsibility for your actions.

Just what I needed
The soft roof rack is a great solution for my 2024 Toyota Venza with a panoramic roof. I was able to install it easily and it kept my SUP in place securely, driving up to 75 mph. The only issue I have with it is that the strap sits right over my head, so I have to lower my seat to be comfortable while driving, which causes me to lose some visibility over the dash. Regardless, it's a great product overall.

I love these
I love these. A few comments stated that they don’t stay in place. However, I have a 24’ Crosstrek Wilderness and the cover fits very well, without covering my seatbelt clip. I do suggest throwing them in the wash when receiving them because they have a strong rubbery smell to them. Great product at a decent price point.
