I tried to return an item and they make…
I tried to return an item and they make it very hard. I emailed them and waited a few days but no response so I searched on line for a phone number or something. I was able to get as far as an automated system that said they were sending me to a customer care person. I thought cool finally someone but nope after a half hour I am still waiting. All I want is to know how to return this item that doesn’t work before the 15 days is up and then they can say they can’t refund me!
