Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Ignoring emails, messages, requests. Smart move to then carry on and dispatch an order than is now already 13 days post order date. They won’t accept returns, won’t refund sale items. I’ve messaged and emailed to cancel as this is now no longer needed. What a way to build a customer base. Not only that but you will now keep my money even though I’ve asked to cancel. Shocking shocking shocking!!

Every product has been phenomenal ❤️
After trying a few products I have made multiple purchases for myself as well as gifts and absolutely love everything.
The vampire facial mask was my favourite thing at first, it smooths the face surface and minimizes the pores. it's a must have!
The scrubs smell amazing and exfoliate then melt away beautifully.
I find the facial serums hydrating for my skin. Really looking forward to trying out some new masks, cleansers and the body oil my friends rave about!
Try minis to sample things first if you are unsure what you may like. But absolutely get a full sized mask!

Placed an order on 26/12 and still waiting for it to be dispatched, not had any communication since placing the order. Can’t seem to be able to contact anybody at the company for an update, yet they’re posting daily on social media and deleting comments for people asking for assistance. Very unprofessional.

First of all-this isn’t a “small business” like it states. They’re on LIVE telling us all how they’ve just packed over 6,000 orders. Then showing they’re in high street chemists. Don’t let the “small business” chat hoodwink you. They have a large warehouse and plenty of hands to help. There’s no excuse for this.
This review was originally 1 star but I have finally received my order after 3 weeks. The items themselves are lovely; but the whole SALE for Boxing Day was a joke. Don’t run a sale if you can’t fulfil your current orders then expect customers to wait weeks with next to no communication.
