Okay, can be better

I ordered one of the marshmallows using my perkbox points on the 14th of August my order number is 32501. I never got an email confirming my order, I've tried sending emails twice now but no responses whatsoever. I cant even get a refund on my perkbox points so thats gone and I've basically been scammed for my money. I would avoid buying anything from them until they have their customer service in order

Update: I received my order after reaching out to them for a few days. Response time can be better but overall a decent company and decent people

Very sorry to hear you have had an issue. I can see your order was placed on the late evening of 14th Aug, and dispatched the morning of the 16th Aug via Royal Mail.

We are a small business of over 25 years and worked with Perkbox for some time, as well as many of the worlds largest brands.

I can’t see any email on system from you, which is strange, so perhaps an issue there. We respond to all enquires fast, often out with working hours.

As it’s late evening time now, a member of the team will contact you tomorrow as well as making contact with Royal Mail in regards to your delivery.

Nobody responds to the contact us

Ordered a Christmas present from MallowMe. Arrived damaged and had a hair on the marshmallow. I immediately sent off the details on the contact me page on the website. All I was asking for was a replacement. Unfortunately it also looks like the Twitter account and instagram page have not been used in a few years so can’t contact them on either platform. Postage cost is too high for the experience and long wait (to be fair Royal Mail have been on strike so not really to blame but still…) will never order off this company again and would advise people against using them as they have no way to contact them if something goes wrong.

Edit: recently changed the review as an email was sent but never went to my inbox. All got resolved with a refund and even offered a code for a future purchase

Mallowme is a first class business that…

Mallowme is a first class business that knows how to deal with the customer,emails are replied to swiftly. The site is simple to use and easy to upload a great picture and importantly a secure payment service.
The marshmallow is excellent with a good clear picture on it ,in fact it was so good my grandchildren haven't eaten it yet as "it looks to good to eat" but I'm sure it won't see the end of December.
The delivery was quick and arrived as it should . Yes a great experience . Thank you .

Money Taken & No Product Received

I placed an order using a Vodafone discount code on 15th October 2022. Weeks later the item hadn’t arrived, so I sent an email chasing it on 5th November and received a reply reassuring me it would be sent out. It’s now the 27th November and still no product received, no dispatch email, and no contact with any updates. It’s now been 6 weeks and 1 day since the order was placed and absolutely nothing to show for it! Shocking that they’re advertising their company using a big platform like Vodafone but then fail to deliver (quite literally!). I just hope when it does arrive (if it does!) that it won’t be poor quality like a lot of the other reviews have stated!

UPDATE: Order received within a few days of posting this review. However the quality of the image is poor and it’s not even central on the marshmallow (one side of the picture covers the edge and the other side doesn’t so there is a white strip down the side).

FURTHER UPDATE: Mallow Me have quickly sent me a replacement, with this being specifically checked by the team member that contacted me before it was sent out, to ensure it was of suitable quality. The new item is clearer and the layout is now in line rather than having one side with a gap and the other without. Thank you for resolving this for me 😊

long wait still not arrived

I ordered my marshmello cake and have had no contact I have messages on facebook/instagram and 2-3 emails and heard nothing back its been a month now and is no longer needed the website stated up to 2 weeks! not happy with the wait

I was disappointed at the length of time it took to get to me, but the wait was worth it! that why I could only give them four stars.
The mallo was delicious!! But could have been, (in my opinion) a little thicker!

Problem has been quickly sorted

Amended review. A lovey chap has been in touch. He’s issued a full refund and promised to find out why the delivery hasn’t been sent. They will also get another one made and sent out ASAP. Really looking forward to it arriving and my daughter gets to extend her birthday!
( I ordered for a birthday that has now been and gone. So far waited almost 4 weeks. 2 emails sent and no reply. What a complete waste of time. I really wish I’d read these reviews before ordering)

EDIT. I placed a review as there was a delay in me receiving my purchase. I’ve been contacted by email and phone and a full refund offered. I would like to say that the mallow sent as a good will gesture was lovely and I will try Mallow me again. All small family businesses deserve a second chance.

Brilliant!!!

Absolutely fantastic service and communication throughout the process.
You actual feel like you are dealing with a person and not a machine.
The quality of the mallow is amazing. Not really sure if I can bring myself to eat it.

Do NOT buy from these guys!

My order was made over a month ago now. Still no sign of it but the money got taken out.

Customer service is absolutely shocking. I’ve emailed on two separate occasions voicing my disappointment as it was a present for someone who’s birthday was a few weeks ago now.

They’ve sent the same generic email reply twice which really did infuriate me. Absolute no care in the world. No care of their customers. Don’t waste your money.
