Wanted something specific, walked into Nottingham city centre after a bit of google searching - Breitling in the window of the shop - exactly what I was after. Went inside, warmly welcomed by Judith - asked to try the watch on. Went into a lovely private room away from prying eyes - Judith very knowledgeable about the brand and the item specifically - tried on, bought - will most certainly put more business through this lovely shop. Judith was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent customer service the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend this jewellers just on the staff alone, so nice to be greeted by so many smiles

Today was my first experience with Mallard Jewellers.
I rang ahead as we had a little way to travel, and spoke to a lovely lady who was really helpful and that made our mind up for us.
An hour later we were at Leicester Mallard Jewellers, I was greeted by two lovely ladies, It was then Emma who delt with our custom. What an amazing lady, she was kind, genuine and made sure I knew what all my options were and everything was completely transparent ( no hidden fees or surprises dowe the line)
The fact that Emma was so nice I would recommend Mallard Jewellers she's a real asset to you.

Visited the Ilford store today to have a brouse and purchased 2 items, a diamond and sapphire Panther ring and a diamond Dolphin 🐬 bangle. I was served by Dawn, who remembered me from a previous visit last month, and provided the same great customer service. I will definitely be back again for a brouse of some great pieces of jewellery and a friendly smile 🙂!!

I just had to write a review for this Jewellers as the staff were so friendly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble which is very hard to find nowadays, highly recommended !!

I love Mallards. Yet again we called in today when we were passing and bought two beautiful bracelets I don’t need but do want.
I highly recommend buying your diamonds from Mallards if you don’t buy anything else because the diamond upgrade buyback scheme is too good to miss.

I put in a ring for repair and enlarging as I had to cut it in half to remove from my fat finger. When returned, the quality of workmanship (and service) was 2nd to none. 10/10 for the repair, 10/10 for excellent customer service and price, 10/10. I cannot praise or recommend this jeweler enough. We visited Mallard Jeweller's in Leicester to have a piece of jewelry fixed. From the moment we walked in the service was excellent & super friendly. I want to give a shout out to Maxine, Karen & Paige, you where wonderful. We know where we will be going when we next need to buy Jewelry. :)

I am a regular customer of Mallard Jewellers in Romford. I love pre-owned jewellery and they always have a good selection of pieces. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional. I am happy to recommend Mallard Jewellers.

I visited the Romford branch today and Sally served me. I had some old gold jewellery of mine to sell and some belonging to my elderly Mum.

Sally was so helpful, friendly and professional. She also helped with the repair of a piece of jewellery which my Mum was so pleased with I was extremely pleased with the offer made to me and will certainly be visiting Romford branch again.

I visited the Mallard Jewellers based in Ilford, High Road on Wednesday 4th Oct 2023. I was met by a very helpful person named Amy. She was able to fix two of my earrings that were made for me by a friend. I was very pleased with her workmanship and delighted. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a good job done.
