Avoid MALESKIN!!!!

Avoid MALESKIN!!!!
Two out of three products arrived defective, one leaking and another nearly empty and unusable. Contacting the company immediately, and later again. No response at all for 2 weeks.
Selling faulty products is bad enough, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable.
Do not trust this company!!!!!!

Be warned of ordering from them

Maleskin shop is a scam store. Avoid. They are using similar names to maleskin co uk and others to get google to list but it’s a con. I ordered and nothing arrived and service is no existent. Their contract email bounces.

Scammers

I ordered £60ish worth of products. No sign of them arriving, no contact from MaleSkin. Emailed them and they said its out of stock and they expect to receive them in their next delivery. I asked them why they're selling items they don't actually have and they said a problem with the system that manages their inventory. Having read other reviews, I suspect Maleskin doesnt keep any stock but rather orders to demand and hopes for the best.

Two weeks later, no items, no contact. I email again, and request a refund. Maleskin respond that theyll raise a refund request.

Two weeks later, no refund, no contact. I email again and ask where my refund is. Maleskin said there's an issue with their refund system.

All in all, either Maleskin have faulty systems all the way through and no manual process for correcting it, or informing customers, such as sending them an email. Or they are a scam, hoping that customers will pay and forget.

Highly recommend NOT shopping here.

I notice a run of positive reviews always on the same day, implying they arent genuine.

None of the items that I ordered…

None of the items that I ordered arrived, and when I tried to email them, the email message bounced back - suspiciously saying that I had sent an email with a virus. Don't trust maleskin.store.com or don't trust salesmaleskin.store

I don't know what I did differently to…

I don't know what I did differently to all the bad reviews. But I ordered some medik8 serum. Then I saw all reviews so panicked. I emailed and got a response straight away and a few days later received my product. It did take a while but I did receive it.

These people are complete scammers

These people are complete scammers. Awful service. Last year I ordered 2 "A" products, and 2 "B" products. Few days later they emailed me saying they were out of stock for product B, but they recommended me to try product "C" instead, for the same price. I had never tried that product but I agreed. Next thing, I got delivered 4 "C" products only. And of course, was not even close to what I originally wanted. After a bunch of emails with "Hollie" from sales, all I got was excuses such as "I just had a rant with warehouse" or "I'm working from home so things are not as smooth as usual". This year, I got an email saying they had restocked the "B" products so I bought 6. They sent me 6 completely different products instead! Excuses came the same way "I just had a rant with warehouse", "I'm working from home..." I mailed the products back to them (which was not even for free, since I live overseas and their free post was not accepted) and requested a full refund. Two months later, I got the package back to me (!), because the "addressee was gone away"... So two purchases, two scams. Don't buy at this place.

Positive experience for me.

I thought I have to share my experience to balance the bad reviews here.

I must admit my stomach dropped a little when I realised that I had placed an order through maleskin.store rather than Maleskin.co.uk and seeing the reviews on here.

I'm super cautious when ordering online, especially when something seems to be too good to be true. In this case a saving of over £50!

My fear started to increase more when the tracking update on the package didn't move from waiting for package for 4-5 days. However, I though I'd give them the benefit of doubt, plus the fact that I should be covered by my credit card company if it was a scam.

By day 5 I reached out for an update and I got a quick and detailed response on how there were local delays with royal mail and I should get it by the following week.

Luckily it arrived on the same day. While the packaging for the products were slightly different (I suspect American imports) I got the items that I ordered at a really good discounted rate.

A week after this order, I've placed another order, this time it should arrive by Wed, having placed the order on Sunday.

Uodate: 2nd order came through even quicker! I would definitely use this site again.

Avoid

Avoid. This company is a scam. Never sent the products I ordered, and now not responding to emails after I asked for a refund. It’s been two months. I’m going to report them to the police for theft and fraud.

Scam website with fake family business excuses

Ordered item on December 28th. Did not receive a package until January 6th. Wrong item was sent. Returned the item on January 8th. Have still not received the correct item or received a refund in February. No longer reply to my emails. Basically a scam website.

You order a trusted branded item from…

Company also poses under MaleSkin.

You order a trusted branded item from their website, at an attractive price. In my case Dior.

You receive a lengthy, pre-prepared email advising item no longer in stock, alternative own brand (MMUK) offered at a grossly inflated price for an unproven product. The website for the product is so bad the aspect ratio for the photos is way off, a tell tale sign of unprofessional site, plus both companies are based in Hastings and the same contact number is a mobile phone number.

You request a refund. They agree.
No refund.

Item remains 'in stock' on their website.

Their website shows a false trustpilot score. If you click on the trust pilot link it just takes you back to their own scamming website.

7 weeks still waiting for the refund.
