I deposited with one e-wallet and later they told me I can't withdraw back to it, only bank transfer with extra fees. Why show the option then?

Tried playing on my Android while laying in bed. The lobby is super laggy, some games don't even load, and when I switch between wifi and mobile data it logs me out. Lost a small deposit mostly fighting the interface.
