Sadly the shirt did not fit
Sadly the shirt did not fit, but also a cotton and polyester mix, it was not for me.
I have returned the shirt, but returns are at the expense of the returnee.

Poor support -But that has All changed Now
Poor customer service. Sent email directly after ordering and realising I had ordered the wrong size. They didn’t reply just message after message that parcel was coming and guess what … the wrong size. Cost £5.80 recorded delivery to return and no comment from them now!!
Thank you Makrom not only did I receive an apologetic phone call from you, a refund of the postage but also the exchanged shirt. Thank you so much for prompt and kind service after reading my previous message

Delayed delivery
This is not my first time of ordering from Makrom. They have quality shirts and i have never had a bad experience with them. The problem is the delivery company (DPD) because they failed to deliver my order on the planned day, which rendered the reason for ordering in the first place useless.

Ordered the wrong size to begin with but they were exchanged quickly and without hassle. I got my shirts back and they fit great, the cotton is soft and comfortable. So pleased I ordered 2 more and they look great too. Will be back 👍

Apart from beautiful shirts
Apart from beautiful shirts, Makrom are always great on customer service. Having placed my order I had a time sensitive question - and this was responded to so quickly and fully. The shirt arrived in good speed here in New Zealand and they are as always, gorgeous. Can't wait to wrap them for the holidays!
