We had a very good experience booking our Umrah hotels through this company. Both hotels in Mecca and Medina were five star, and we had a splendid stay.

We were a group of seven traveling from Norway, and everything was organized smoothly even though the company is based in the UK. Communication was excellent throughout the process. He was responsive, professional, and helpful whenever we had questions.

I also want to mention something important for future customers. The final hotel confirmation codes were received the day before arrival. This initially made me uncertain, as I did not have the confirmation number earlier and briefly worried that it might not be legitimate. However, we received the vouchers weeks in advance, and the late confirmation appears to be standard procedure due to how the hotels manage bookings. Everything was fully valid and there were no issues at check in. I am writing this to reassure others that this process is normal and should not be seen as a red flag.

This is my third time organizing Umrah and booking hotels through this company, and each time has been a positive experience. On behalf of our entire group, I can confidently say we are very happy and would recommend him as a trusted and reliable company .

Amazing arrangement everything was so comfortable and on accurate timing including pick up and drop off all the vouchers and travel necessary information was given before hand and once we reach to jeddah the taxi was already waiting for us polite people throughout the journey I would say its the best way to perform the umrah through them and farhaj shafi was amazing alhamdillah very happy and recommended to everyone

Representative brother Ali, had collared a customised package to my own liking in a short period of time, being at a reasonable cost.
Ali had been supportive and listened to my requests and never pressurised me taking the package, like some other agents do, instead he had provided some good advice as well.
During Umrah I had been contact by Ali, checking if all ok and upon return to UK, if I had any concerns. Logistics provided in Saudi with private vehicle was good.

Overall my experience with this company was 10/10 no problem everything went well and smoothly without any issues. The hotels in Mecca and Medina is very close to the mosque and metro station and the transportation is very easy to get and convenient. Will highly recommend this company to others as their service helped a lot, thank you again for this amazing opportunity from this company.

My experience with this company is outstanding highly recommended every hotel was close to the metro station the mall and other locations. The hotels in Saudi are near the mosque and good service and transportation facilities as they was not late to anything.

We had an excellent experience with this Umrah package from start to finish. Everything was well organised, smooth, and stress-free, allowing us to focus fully on our ibadah. Excellent service. Brother Farhaj is very helpful throughout the booking for Umra package. Always answer my call and messages. Also been offered if I have any problem during my Umra, I can call him from there.
