1. The puzzle pieces are standard shape pieces. I used this company because the previous puzzle we bought has interesting shaped pieces.
2. I was notified that the picture clarity was substandard but it is worse than I expected.

My custom puzzle turned out great. Perfect size (500 pieces) and the pieces came in a good variety of shapes, not just one or two types of shapes. Colors look great on the thick "paper/cardboard" pieces and a very sturdy puzzle. Will glue it and frame it next.

I needed a custom puzzle done in a very short timeframe before the recipient leaves for 8 months, and MakeYourPuzzle was the only company that could make and deliver a custom puzzle within a week. It was also the cheapest option I found, even with the fast turnover. The puzzle ended up arriving two days earlier than planned, which was incredible. I honestly expected a lot lower quality for the price and speed, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality overall. The box was very nice and professional. The recipient didn't even know it was a custom puzzle, it was so fancy. A lot of times with puzzles, you get some pretty jagged edges. The pieces on this puzzle were immaculate. I'm not well versed in editing photos and wanted a specific layered look of a single photo. Customer service advised me and I was able to figure it out and submit the look I wanted for the puzzle. It was shipping within a couple of days. Wonderful customer service. Thank-you!

This is a gift for my 7 year old granddaughter who loves puzzles. I am certain she will enjoy assembling her personalized puzzle!! The box is beautiful so I am certain the puzzle pieces will be equally bright and made with care.

This was a reorder for special anniversary puzzles for our public library celebration. Patrons placed orders with us and Make Your Puzzles got the puzzles printed and shipped very quickly. Customer service was quick, responsive and very personable!

The puzzle was fun and easy to create and the result is great quality and will be perfect to serve as the guest book at my daughter's wedding because the size of the puzzle pieces are not too small and not too large, just right for a name and a short wedding wish!
