I have received a defective perfume…
I have received a defective perfume which, to their defence, was not the online shop's fault. Its main defect was the pump mechanism was crooked and as a result there was perfume leakage. I couldn't use it, no matter how gently I would press the spray nuzzle.
However, when I reached out to express my dissapointment to the complaints department via email, their answer was less than satisfying, suggesting only 2 options to resolve the issue:
1) A coupon of €8, which is nearly 10% of what I had paid, as a way to apologize for the defective perfume. Of course, that is to be used in the next purchase.
2) Send the defective perfume back and await for their reply.
Just feeling like €80 went down the drain. I ended up having to buy a separate spray bottle to add the content of the perfume before it evaporates.

Since you gave only two choices for me for suggesting either the coupon or return the perfume and never hear from again (as other customers suggested here on Trustpilot, I believe that you wouldn't change it anyway), I should have taken a better look of the previous reviews before buying a perfume from your company in the first place.
I regret to inform you that your unprofessional approach to helping your customers and simply milking their hard-earned money to run a scamming business is not a company I would wish or want to buy perfumes from again.
And the partial compensation was an €8 coupon for an €80 perfume? Which is to be used in the next purchase? 10%? Really? That's laughable.
