It was so bad kept freezing and being glitchy!

As the owner fights to death to cancel all the negative google reviews (I can imagine I am not the only one this happened to), I take the chance and write here.
There was a problem with the item I bought there, and they wouldn't help, ok, until here everything is unpleasant but normal.
I contacted the manufacturer, who told me to go back to the shop that they may fix the problem. Instead, the owner had zero intentions to fix the problem, but he wanted me to go back to the shop so that he could abuse me and yell at me. Again, VERY unpleasant, slightly less normal. I sold the item that was not good for me at a loss, and I tried not to think about it anymore. I did want though to leave a negative review on google. That is where the Ab Normal things began. The owner managed to get my phone number, my facebook account, on top of my email, and harassed me there, threatening of suing and implying vague, less legal threats. I have all these documents stored for protection in case he wants to harass me again. All this for a negative google review. This reinforces my opinion that this shop needs to be avoided at all costs, because if something will go wrong, you not only will have zero assistance but things will get weird quickly. I am just sharing my experience. Looking forward to see if this review will be taken down too. If trustpilot wants more documents I am happy to share screenshots and emails and receipt of this unfortunate transaction.
