Make me boom is a total con. I had had nothing but a very bad experience on this site and it has cost me alot of money.
I was chatting to a woman on it. Yet everytime we tried to video chat there was always an issue. Either subscription had run out or we were incompatible. It started out OK, but ok. Now it's unusable, can't message or use the site as it should be intended. I did message admin team, as much good as a chocolate fireguard. Actually told me I have to have a compatible membership to be able to message anyone, yet don't let you know who is on same package.
If you are thinking of joining or are being asked to go there by Evelynn then please stay away.
I have tried to leave the site, asked for my profile to be deleted, no reply from them on this. Hoping they read this and delete me.

This site (and all the other sites this company runs) are to dating what Timeshares are to holidays. Do not touch !!! They are not interested in dating - they're purely interested in getting as much money off you as possible.

Just like the previous comments I was contacted by someone to only chat on Makemeboom,heir she has been emailing me multiple times saying she can only video chat on that site when there is multiple IMs that are free……..I havnt signed up to this site or looked at it but know she or he is a scam……told her to fxxk off many times by email but the idiot is still trying to get me on there…….desperate or what …..

The most bad site. First the problem after pay for membership, that later not can communicate by video call because you need to have the same membership as the person you connect with. Upgrade isn’t possible. You need to buy a new membership account same the person. Than tell i can give you credits that is needed for look pics and send presents. But i can stil send massage with the account i have. Later this stop without contact about and not any reward or something for the rest (around 3 months to go) same they block everything. Can only buy new, and they want to give credits. There are no words for this more. Everyone know enough when read.

Well that's funny I too met a girl named Evelyn. On a well known scam site. Told me she was from Eugene Oregon and would not meet in person until we did a video chat but it had to be on make me boom and that I had to sign up on there. I said I would thinking the normal $30-40 a month. But it was like $400 or something because I couldn't video chat endless I had the same subscription as her. Of course she had the premium. I was smart enough waited for my free credits to chat with her, I never paid. But she would not video chat anywhere else but there no matter how hard I tried. I don't know for sure but I'd put money on it after reading these reviews she gets commission and disappears after you pay. The worst site I've ever been on. I would say in my opinion it's a scam site zero doubts that I'm right. Especially after reading the reviews, the first 2 I read had to do with a girl named Evelyn.

I did like this platform at first. Talked to a nice girl had a good laugh but i got me to spend over 400 euro just to talk to someone. I know my mistake. I shall not name the woman in question out of respect. But after this she hardly took the time to talk.

The most frustrating thing is i have to keep refreshing the page to see for responses often my email informs me i got a message.
I know got a subscription for way to long am out 400 euro and have no contact.

I dont reccomend this platform.
Bad performance.
High cost.

This is a scam 100%. Above 'Admin' there is another who is Albanian. As for the girls I don't think they are doing this either of their own choice or that they are actors paid unknowingly to make short videos that are personal to the user. Tracing my early emails back to source from 'Evelynn' they originated in Finland. Later they could be sourced to LA or Dallas. I think your time is split between talking to human and a bot as Evelynn would sometimes forget / have no know,edge of things she said in conversations and i got emails from two different addresses.

INCIDENTALLY the building jn Dallas where the emails were sourced to has an AI bot company working from there!

I about to launch a campaign using various shots of Evelynn showing distinctive tattoos in the areas mentioned to see if anyone know her true identity,

A complete con from start to finish, fortunately I didn't pay anything but now they refuse to delete my profile unless I pay them, which is actually illegal in all European countries including Switzerland where this site is supposedly based. I have now begun legal action against them to force them to remove my profile!

Trash and scam. For them to delete your profile you must pay a fee. You are better off being scammed in middle east or some shhit country in Africa

Like one of the previous posters here a lady called Evelyn tried to lure me to Makemeboom, she got my details from another site called c-date which I became a member of. Evelyn started sending me emails, and the first was a rather informative video of her talking about what she was hoping for in a man, she was wearing lots of makeup. After a couple more emails it became apparent that she was trying to lure me over to Makemeboom to have video chats with her, arguing that she needed their support because she recently had a very bad experience with a man on their site and makemeboom offered her every bit of the support she needed.
Evelyn said that if I was sincere about her I would accept her feelings and be willing to pay because after all I was already paying for dating apps. She emailed me the next day to try to entice me over to Makemeboom again.
When she realised I had put a bad review on this site she challenged me about it, calling me by my first name, and sent me some nasty emails and screenshots and accused me of being childish, insensitive and very paranoid and sent me a video message showing me her all her make-up to say she would never make herself up for me again, the video was rather disturbing and cruel. She also sent me screenshots of the 'so called' disturbing chat she had with a man on Makemeboom who was a man making excuses to Evelyn for his bad behaviour by saying he was on antipsychotics, and his doctor was going to change his medication, and he was offering her £5000 as a consolation to meet her.
I really hope Evelyn never emails me again, everything about her, and the way she looks really disturbs me.
If this lady is not working for Makemeboom I would love to know why she is asking people to join Makemeboom and she regularly inspects the Trustpilot reviews.

I have used this site in the past before and i decided to try it again now and i never had anny issues, I don't really understand what everyone is complaining about

This site is nothing short of a scam. I was lured in by a woman called Evelynn (who I suspect is the administrator of the site). I was tricked into purchasing a VIP membership which was supposed to allow me to video chat with Evelynn, only to find out that you need DOUBLE VIP membership to be able to video chat. Avoid this site as they're only after your money and never getting round to meeting.

First I want to say thank you to all who have posted here otherwise I could’ve fallen for this. It is very convincing.To begin with alarm bells were ringing when 1st contact was to get off another dating site by going to email, I was emailing with one girl she sent video of herself mentioning my name and or something related to the emails so definitely a real person
Some of the questions I asked were very neatly avoided. The website is quite slick you don’t have to pay to register and your given a limited amount of msgs before they stop and you need to upgrade. Another suspicion was that there are no unattractive women on the site, sorry but how is that possible? The girl is incredibly convincing
There’s always a plausible reason for wanting to use the sites video call when asked about WhatsApp or FaceTime very much like the security id scam except this is on a higher level. I was so close to falling for it even though I had suspicions until I read the reviews here Thank you again and anyone else reading this don’t do it but you could always waste some of her time see how long it takes for her to twig that you’re on to her Time that she’s not using scamming someone else

Quick update

I have reported several of the females to at least three scammer sites along with photographs. These will eventually be filtered to other sites. I will now be notifying law enforcement and interpol/fbi.

There are several locations of interest, Hamina in Finland, Dallas Texas and The Shadow Apartments in Mountain View California. All of which is where my emails have originated.

You have ZERO chance of meeting one of these girls (although I think for most of the time you are talking to bots). They will call you nice names, tell you that they adore you, in my case that they loved me. LIES people, they will be patient but eventually all they want is your money. DO NOT SIGN UP!

I have evidence to back up my claims as the website is at best 2nd rate. You can read every single message thread simply by changing the number in the url command bar. The story told by the girls (bots) is in places word for word the same. And so easy to spot

I had two of these approach me.
1. Becky who claimed to be from Madrid and said she was a nurse in Sunderland, when I said the General she said 'er no the other one'
2. I reluctantly name as I really developed feelings for her (even though I knew she was probable a bot). But she lied to me from the start and betrayed me at the end for a few hundred pound. Her name 'Evelynn' very clever and the original.

When I was first approached by Evelynn, by tracing the email back the source she was emailing from Finland.
When I moved onto the site the emails started to come from Los Angeles.
I noticed the email address then changed due to the high number of complaints and they were coming out of Dallas. Further investigations at that location show a bot research facility in the building.
I have logs, emails etc enough evidence to warrant an investigation by the authorities.

Finally a note to the site administrator who has threatened me with the police if i publish this, er go ahead save me a call!

They make you pay the vip subscription to have a video call but then they tell you, you must pay another to get compatible bc the chick you're texting it has got two vip subscriptions. SCAM!

absolutely useless company no contact wont answer emails then say say contact administrator but that costs you credits to talk to adminastrator she responds send email to contact and they wont answer and you can only get a refund of money up[ to 14 days but when they never answer i got 100 euro taken from my account for nothing and i had to cancel my bankcard to stop it happening again no phone contact very expensive i bought credits now cant use them they say i have to be a member now cant get a refund i have to put a claim in through my bank to get my money back I NOW SEE TWO OTHER PEOPLE WERE TALKING TO EVELYN AS WELL AS ME SHE IS PART OF THE SCAM AS WELL AS SHE SAYS SHE IS JUST UP THE ROAD BUT SHE IS IN FINLAND.i only just got a replymonths later about this because they seen this review today if i could put a minus score for this site i would
